The hotel had roaches and beds were not comfortable plus it said free breakfast. Plus no coffee. It needs updated.

For the price, I can't really complain. The staff was very friendly and it's located near tons of food and shopping. There were only 2 real issues with our room...the toilet was broken (couldn't flush, had to pull the flapper inside the tank) and there were beard trimmings on the sink. Other than that, the room was clean and fairly comfortable. The furniture could use a few upgrades, but as I said...you get what you pay for.

There was a lot of trash.

Many permanent residencies stay here.. felt unsafe as they were lingering around outside watching you unload. Bed was so uncomfortable didnt sleep at all.. low water pressure in shower. Light outside room was so bright curtains didnt keep the room dark. A/c worked good.

The room was clean and the furniture was in good shape, although dated The bed was firm with clean sheets. The shower worked well and drained well. Overall, it was a good value for the price.

I enjoyed the fact we were able to have our pets with us. It made our travel easier. I was sad there was no breakfast or coffee available

The outside is very run down and dirty looking. When you first pull into the parking lot, you’re wondering if you should have booked elsewhere. Checked in, the staff was very friendly. Went to my room. The bed sheets appeared clean. Shower curtain needs a good washing. When I got the bathmat off the side of the tub, it already had dirt and grease on it. The towels and wash clothes were folded neatly and placed on the wall holder. When I got them down to use them, they also had dirt/grease on them. I thought it might just be stained and not have come off in the washer, but I took soap and rubbed it into the wash cloth, and the dirt came out. I will not book at this hotel again. I have stayed at hotels for this price before and they were not like this.

The property owners were very friendly. The room was extremely clean I couldn’t find a thing out of place. The property was safe. The price was great for the area. Only thing I would change is a coffee maker added and a little softer bed. But to me cleanliness was the most important factor to me. Thank you I will be back

I booked 2 rooms online and when i checked in she had told me i only booked one room and after showing her my booking on my phone she still told me i had only 1 room booked. But she added the second room on no problem. She overcharged me too. After that they then told me That I had to pay an extra $10 PER pet a night. The website had not said that. I ended up being overcharged and had to pay an extra $40. We had asked for both rooms to be non smoking and one of the two rooms smelled terribly of cigarette smoke!! Not happy with my experience! Won’t be back!!

It was clean, but a really cheap motel for $74. No amenities and hand towels for bath towels.

The staff was very helpful and kind. They treat you like you really matter there. I would stay there again.

Our 4-day stay was excelllent. The room was clean and fresh, the bed very comfortable. The amenities were lacking but that was no problem since I brought my own and the price was definitely right. Wed recommend Executive Inn to anyone.

Just returned after a 4 night stay. When we left, the bed had the same sheets as the night we arrived. Not a big thing, but it was easy to notice due to a stain on the top sheet. The soap provided is slightly larger than a postage stamp...take your own. For some reason, there were 3 or 4 other rooms occupied on the side we were on and they assigned rooms all next to one another. With many more rooms available, s p r e a d them out so dings in car doors are less likely. The info book in the room does not list the TV channels, so by the time you learn them, it is time to leave. I've stayed there 4 or 5 times now so I really wasn't expecting more.

CHECKI IN WAS 3 O:'CLOCK WE GOT THERE AT 5 AND THEY WERE JUST CLEANING THE ROOM BUT THEY GAVE US ANOTHER ROOM BUT WAS VERY DISOPPONTING.

We only spent one night here. The hotel is a little hard to find and wasn't quite as nice as I expected but I have no complaints. The room was quiet, clean and had everything we needed.

It seems that staff was very limited. Same person seem to be doing all the work.

Maid did't lock door after cleaning. Room open all day. Key was metal, not credit card type. No interior door chain. Dead bolt locked from outside. Any previous guest could have made a key and gotten in. No coffee maker, no clock, no robe hook in bathroom. I had to wipe coffee stains and crust off the ice bucket, which didn't come with a liner. A/C didn't cool very well. The manager was rude for no apparent reason. I don't expect much from a low rate per night motel but I compared other comparable rate per night rooms at nearby hotels. They were fine. I'd never go back to Executive Inn.

Very, very clean and sweet smelling with friendly staff. Comfortable beds and plenty of pillows. Downside - no micro and complementary breakfast was dissappointing.
