The night concierge person wasnt friendly and accomodating...Sorry, but never coming back to that hotel again..

It was dirty and had bug. To much money for it

It was close to my appointment. Very Very Basic logging. No Iron or Ironing Board. Had to bang on window to get attention of clerk. No hangers to hang close.

Floors and bathroom upgrades were nice. Sheets were soft and clean. Towels did not look clean. Door didn’t seal or seem completely closed. Front desk staff never there. Had to wait several minutes for someone. Website said free breakfast and none was available. No extra toilet paper.

on back road to all shopping and food but the staff seemed judgmental and not caring very inconsiderate but room was ok large and clean just need to be wiped down otherwise it was better than nothing

Very clean room. Bed was horrible. Felt like a piece of wood in the middle of the bed. Extremely uncomfortable...

Once I got to the property I had to wait for twenty minutes just to get waited on, at this point it's already a hour or so past check in. From the start the whole staff was rude not to add they were doing work on the property all day and night. I heard loud beating and banging the whole time I was there. The cleaning lady was the nicest worker of the whole staff, she asked me daily if I needed anything and on my last day there she asked me if I was checking out or staying over and I asked her if I could please take a shower and then get ready to leave. She told me that it was not a problem, this was at about 10:45. By the time I got into the shower five minutes later there was another knock on the door, this time it was a man and he said that I was late checking out and that he was turning off the water to my room so I would go ahead and leave and he was very rude. This was a very unpleasant stay.

Motel with upgraded bathrooms, etc. Beds were comfortable. Could have been a bit cleaner.

Handicap accessible room wasn’t available due to renovations. They could’ve at least contacted me before arriving or reached out to Hotels.com to inform them that lower level rooms weren’t available

It was okay for a night or two maybe. However for what we paid for the price we paid for the room it should have been better.

Arrived after dark and registered in the vestibule through a tiny opening. There were some children with the night attendant, and they appeared to be alert and street wise. Possibly relates to a few sketchy people I noticed. Police sub-station directly across the street. The room I was given was good size. Did not feel cramped. At first glance it was reasonably clean. Table and chairs, older sofa, fridge and two or three mirrors are what I remember in addition to the bed. TV quite old. One get's the feeling that this used to be a very nice place to stay. Now, however, it needs a lot of updating. Unit dose shampoo was in one of those little tear bags which was frustrating. Clothes rack near sink seemed small. Couple of old tubs stored under the public stair access. Area relatively dark including the outdoor hallway where the ice machine was. The hallway didn't appear well kept, nor in an area I'd want to be in for any more time than it would take to get ice. Traffic outside was easily heard inside the room. Free wi-fi instructions not provided so it didn't work for me.No breakfast as advertised.

When I arrived at the hotel their was no one in the lobby and then a young man can in that was playing outside. He was very cordial. The continental breakfast was cold cereal and milk. It appears to be a family operated hotel (vegetable garden in the back) I can not complain because of the price, but I could not take my family there.

The hotel used the same dirty sheets on the bed. The towels were also dirty and stained. It was in a good location.

It was messy more than half of the outlets were broken bathroom was kinda gross shower kept backing up with some white film coming up from drain there was food left in fridge from a while back and very noisy would only recommend if this is last resort but car might be more accommodating and I don't consider 2 cereals and honey buns "continental" breakfast
