great stay!

My kids & I enjoyed our much needed getaway at the Courtyard. Although, we reside in the district, life challenges have been exhausting. We enjoyed the gym on Christmas & they enjoyed the pool Christmas Day in the evening. Our room including the bathroom was cleaned. Fresh linen on our beds. The housekeepers were professional & personable but not overwhelming. Every one at the front desk during our stay Eric, Bryan, the female manager Christmas Eve & the young lady Christmas night provided outstanding customer service. No attitudes, assisted quickly. My daughter locked her broke phone in the safe & an engineer came within 10 mins of the issue. I truly appreciate it. The hotel was quiet, no kids running in the hall, no loud neighbors just the peace & love we needed during our holiday mental break! I found easy parking. However, I wasn’t feeling the price of parking per night but I get it. Thank you Courtyard!

The water pressure was barely a trickle... room 914.

Great location in Navy Yard. Convenient to the area near National Stadium

Great location, very clean and up to date interior. Comfortable bed, effective curtains. My room had an inward facing window, so very quiet. The only complaint was that housekeeping did not come even once during my 6-night stay.

Close to Capitol, National Mall and other Federal buildings.

I loved the location. Close to good food spots and tourists sites

This is a lovely and often affordable hotel not too far from all the government buildings that I have to visit. They serve a small quantity of food round the lobby but it's always very tasty

It's location was not far from the event I attended which was the winery. I didn't like that the parking was on a come first basis. Nevertheless after being charged to park and had to park on the street the front desk attendant Ms Yahel was very understanding, courteous and professional in handling the situation. Additionally, the common area of the hotel was exceptionally maintained.

Strange odor in Lobby x 3 days. Staff did not know what it was. ? Beauty shop. Not in rest of building. Otherwise great stay

Everyone was friendly

I have always been a loyal member of Marriott. The location of the hotel is the best thing about it. The front desk could have been little welcoming and courteous. Need to improve on the layout of the room and also needs to clean room thoroughly before it’s given to someone.

Centrally located to everything downtown.

Could use a pool or kitchen area in some rooms

Parking people were the worst they didnt provide any help

Staff is super professional and friendly, they deal with a lot on game days (Washington Nationals) but always handle with care!

Staff is very nice and accommodating. The hotel is very clean and perfectly located if you’re in town for a ballgame. Our room was clean and all amenities worked fine.

The front desk staff was exceptional - always helpful and friendly. The property was also very clean, which is a huge must have for me. We also had our infant daughter with us, and they provided a VERY CLEAN and new pack-n-play with mattress for her to sleep in. It was very close to the stadiums and lots of dining and bar options. We also loved how close it was to the Metro station - perfection! 1 of 2 elevators up to the rooms was not working, so unfortunately that was a pain during busy times, but not awful. The parking situation was also not ideal. You are paying for valet, but you still need to go down to the garage to drop off/pick up your car and all they do is park it for you or pull it out of the spot. Overall, I would absolutely stay here again and recommend others do too.

Good Experience. First time there, dude at the Front Desk was Very Welcoming and Honest. (Forget his Name). But Good Customer Service from the Whole Staff. Made My Stay worth it.

Please advise patrons about the parking. Valet parking is available (and the best option available) at $47 per night.

Valet parking was mandatory and quite expensive. Everything else was good. AC unit was loud and the bath tub enclosure was outdated but still clean. Rooms were a 6-7 out of 10 IMO.

Room was nice, service was good, there were several police cars parked outside most of the weekend/a few police officers inside which gave us some pause

The hotel have not given any toiletries no kettle for coffee with the coffee machine as well. There is a smell of bleach in hallway was unbearable.

My daughter and I both got bed bug bites from staying in this hotel for only 1 night, BEWARE.

Property was clean and service was good. The only issue was that the sofa bed was not made up with any sheets/blankets nor were there any available in the room.
