Our stay was 7 days and I was pleasantly surprised there was hot breakfast offered (not just waffles but eggs and sausage) the hot tub felt amazing and everything was clean and quiet. Definitely would stay again.

Bed bugs!!! Room had bed bugs, I took a picture and brought it down to management they told me the room I was in shouldn’t even be in service due to “bed bug treatment” then told me actually sorry that’s another room. So they knowingly have a bed bug infestation and are still placing people and families in the rooms!!! He then told me they were booked for the night and that they couldn’t accommodate my stay. Terrible terrible Terrible! My family and I will never stay here again!

We visited this hotel for a weekend and enjoyed our stay. The check-in and check-out were a breeze. Staff very friendly and helpful. We do wish the breakfast offerings were a little more varied, but they were typical of what we find in most places. We recommend this hotel.

Rented a 2-bed suite for a family of 5, most expensive available. Many stains/burn marks in the carpet. No phone to call front desk. Beds were shorted pillows, the ones that were there were about 12-15" wide, not enough for an adult. Asked the front desk for more pillows, they advised they had NO EXTRAS. One adult & one child had to sleep on a couch cushion for a pillow. Upon checking in, multiple people waiting in line to get pool towels, they were advised that they only have so many and they were in the dryer, the pool had only been open for 3 hours at this point, what is going on? Front desk staff is responsible for wash/drying towels?? We ended up having to use bath towels from our room, then go back down again afterwards to replace the ones we used. The icing on the cake was finding a ton of boxelder bugs in our room at night, crawling up the wall and under the bed. We took pictures, but there's no way to attach them here. The stuffed animal "claw" machine in the pool area was also infested with these boxelder bugs, realized it as we had to open the gate to retrieve the stuffed animals our kids won. It seemed like there was only 2 people on staff on a Saturday evening, and that they were overwhelmed between guests checking in and phone calls reporting incorrect reservations. The only reason this isn't a 1-Star review is that the pool area was fun for our young kids, and that they had fresh hot/cold beverages in the lobby in the morning. Call me for more info.

Our room was booked out to another party so we were given a new room with different bed situation and didn’t hold enough guests. They gave us a second room at no cost, heat didn’t work on that room which we didn’t find out for hours. They gave us another room to transfer to. At the end they tried to bill us for the additional rooms. Also, the only reason we booked this room is so we could access the waterslide which they closed and couldn’t open for us. Website says open on weekends and we checked in Sunday and wasn’t available.

In need of upgrades. Toilet hard to flush. Faucet leaked. Breakfast just OK. Safe, easy access to freeway.

We had 4 rooms. One room was not cleaned at 5:00 and we could not use until 7:30. One room smelled like smoke. One room did not have hot water for the shower. Carpets were in poor shape and one room had a large spot.

Loved the pillows!! Room was kind of small. hardly had room for our suitcases. We were there for Christmas so didn't spend much time in the room.

Worked a long day and was expecting room to be cleaned and fresh towels when I returned! I didn’t know had to request to get clean towels not how I wanted to end my long day having to go down to get towels otherwise was a great hotel

The air filter was beyond caked up and dirty. 2 of our kids got sick and the air flow wasn’t good. The room was dirty, was cleaned appropriately and when we brought our concerns to the manager he acted as if he didn’t care but worried about how we saw the air filter. Our kids have history of asthma and they should have been more concerned about the well Being of our stay.

The property was a zoo last night. The hallway to my room & the pool was filthy: the carpet was covered with crumbs & broken chips, kids socks, kids running, screaming. At 2 am it was so noisy in the hallway, I opened my door & asked the people (and kids) by the vending machines if they could be quiet because it’s 2 am. A mom turned to me and insulted me calling me a “b” I called the front desk t ask if there is a way to quiet people down. It was wild! I got a couple hours of sleep. Not to mention that my key was not working and I had to get it reset 3 times. The rating of this hotel “very good” is far from honest and very misleading. Lastly, I leave at 7:30 am this morning with a receipt that has my name & address on it, my room # 109 but a rate of $84 and someone else’s master card referenced as paid. This stay was an absolute nightmare! This is unacceptable

Carpet in hallways very old, we’ve been staying at this hotel for many years and have always loved it but it could use an update. Our room was very clean and comfortable. The pool was extremely cold.

We heard employees complaining about their job in more than area. The employees seemed to not care much about their jobs. The floors were dirty in the hallways on our floor. I have been to this hotel before but this year will be our last time at the hotel.

This was honestly the dirtiest hotel I have ever stayed. Every square inch of carpet whether in the hallways or in the rooms looked like a crime scene. I was in disbelief given what they charged us for a nights stay there. If you choose to stay with them, either don't take off your shoes, or bring your own penicillin!

The outside was nice. Lots of trees. The inside needs updates. The carpeting throughout the hotel is very stained and needs replacing.

Pros: The property is fairly clean, quiet, and has a delightful complimentary breakfast. Cons: Unfortunately, the deadbolt for our room (102) didn't work and the window was unlocked. Our room was on the ground floor with a functioning window. We thought that was very rare, but housekeeping should be checking this when staging rooms for the next guests.

First, I’d like to say, the people working at this location are very nice and this review should be no reflection of them. However, this facility definitely needs an upgrade. The carpets are filthy. There was garbage and litter on the floors, there was long black hairs on my bathroom floor when I arrived. Gross. The bed itself appeared very clean and was comfortable. Unfortunately people were loud in the rooms above and below me so I had to turn on my fan to mask the noise even happening at 11:30 PM.
