Overall a fine hotel and staff helpful and friendly. Very quiet at night which we really appreciate. The downside for us was no microwave, refrigerator or coffeee maker in the room. No way to refrigerate leftovers from a dinner meal or any cool items that we brought. Had to get dressed in order to go down to lobby to get coffee. We would fix a cup of coffee the evening before, but no way to heat it in the morning.

We have stayed at other motels in the area. After trying this motel we only stay here, it is very clean and the staff goes out of their way to make your stay special. And the price is in line with the other in the area.

The stay TERRIBLE!! We were trying to sleep and people above us were making too much noise jumping around and making noise. After an hour I called the desk. The girl said she would call the room above us. They stopped for awhile but started up again. I called the desk again and told the guy that this had been going on for hours. He said he would call. I called again in 15 minutes and he said he would go up there. I called again and he said he didn’t hear anything. I told him to come up to my room to hear it. He said he didn’t hear it and made me move to another room. At midnight, I was NOT HAPPY! I will not stay at Microtel again! The last time I stayed there I heard all kinds of talking in the middle of the night and got woken up at 6 am with more talking!

I have definitely had better experiences at Microtel Hotels. The bed was very uncomfortable. The pillows were hard. The television didn't work. Very few outlets in the room. I was very disappointed.

Expensive for such a small room. Room didn't have a refrigerator or microwave and the hotel did not have King Beds.

I have never been treated so poorly by the front desk staff in my life! First, I was double charged, and they refused to reverse the extra charges. I had to speak to multiple people to get this done and the nasty attitudes I received, and hostility was unparalleled. as the manager was looking at the discrepancy one of her staff was standing behind her spewing foul and vulgar comments unprovoked towards me. not once did the manager tell her to stop or be quiet. this is the worst staff I have ever encountered, and I travel half the year for business. I was finally able to get the funds refunded but the level of humiliation I endured during the process; I will never stay at a Microtel by Wyndham ever again!

It’s not a 4 star property, it’s more like 3 star at max. Room cleanliness was not great. Decent breakfast and courteous staff.

It was just really hot. We asked them to fix our air conditioner and never was, we stayed for four days never got service. We never asked for it because it said after three days they would come in and do it they never did. Went down before seven every day and no food, when I asked if they had some, they actually went and made some, so they did try to rectify it. Staff was friendly.

We needed a room after a long drive from Florida, we scheduled microtel and the hotel did not disappoint. Room was quiet had a great sleep and a great breakfast before returning to the highway to head home to Canada

room was clean, big enough and comfortable if not sprawling in size. No fridge which is too bad. Clean, quiet. Basic breakfast (waffles machine, yogurt, wrapped bagels, etc.). Easy parking. Several restaurants, pubs, gas stations right nearby. Very nice value

There was no WiFi in the room only in halls and entry. The room above was loud with heavy feet pounding across the floor, we tried to call the front desk but no one answered! The room itself was average and clean!

Our room was generous in size and very clean. We had a bed plus a couch, and a window seat, a small table and chairs, refrigerator, microwave and sink in our studio suite. Breakfast included a waffle maker, eggs and sausage, muffins, yogurt (regular size!) oatmeal packets, about 6 types of cereal, milk, cranberry and orange juice, regular, decaf coffee and tea. My only complaint was that in the reservations area some rooms were listed as non-smoking leaving us to think that there were some rooms that allowed smoking, All rooms are non-smoking. We were very happy about that; wish we would have known that when we reserved the room.

The main problem was the lighting. It would be better to have a table lamp than overhead lighting that was too bright. Also the pillows on the bed were too soft.
