Best positive feedback No sign of bed bugs. Customer service at front desk was good until they asked me to switch rooms for a booking error, then moved me to a room that smells, has lumps in the floor, on a lopsided part of the building (201).

The staff were very friendly. The facilities need serious updating and repair. Toilet seat was not attached to the toilet. Could hardly pull the knob up to get the shower on. Furniture is a mish-mash and rickety.

This room was in great shape and very clean. The only problem I had was that the fire alarm went off and woke me out of a dead sleep. It went off every 5 minutes or so. After the 4th time I called the front desk and someone came to change the battery in just a few minutes. I enjoyed my two nights there.

For the amount of money they charge its not worth it. It's more like a motel..not enough toiletries,the bed was like old,not updated.

Bed was fair (sags toward the middle, needs new mattress), frig & microwave clean, towel bar in bathroom loose (would be a quick fix) Check in was pleasant. Follow up phone call was initially rude, sounded like someone who did not want to be working- very abrupt land unpleasant, but he warmed up and was very helpful.

Even though they were slammed with the power outage Dominique I think was her name was extremely friendly and straight to the point in a good way. She got the job done and she knocked it out of the park

Read the other awful reviews of this "establishment" on Google before you think twice of staying here! Robbing guests and Theft! False police reports! Drugs paraphernalia found in rooms where families are trying to stay. Bugs and dirty toilets! Blood on bathroom tubs! Call the health department! The police in this area know this establishment too well. They have a reputation for being absurd, discriminatory, and less than trustworthy. Expect to be over charged and robbed of any deposit, I will be very surprised if I see mine. Not LGBTQ friendly, do not smoke ANYTHING (vape pens, nicotine) on their property even if the wife tells you it's okay within a certain amount of feet from building! They will rob you! Choice hotels states "no animals" but they allow animals and they do not clean thoroughly. This is a health hazard and code violation. Lying to guests with allergies. Owner needs anger management. Him and his wife are very unprofessional to the point where corporate also knows of how awful they are, spoke with two representatives. Spent a total of 20 minutes in the room before I realized how filthy it was. Stained towels, stained pillow cases, white liquid on headboard see the pictures! Choice hotels! Call and file complaints! The rooms are filthy, the owner falsely accuses guests and threatens with law enforcement that has already fined them with fake police reports! I have traveled the world and this place is the worst. Unsafe! Unprofessional.

We were traveling after a funeral and decided to stay over. It was a pleasant experience considering the reason for the travel.

The Econolodge in PaPa, Michigan advertises a breakfast. Do you call a cup of coffee a breakfast which wasn't even ready at the 6:30 AM time on both days of the stay. I requested maid service both days but did I get it? NO! For the price I payed for the room a decent breakfast was expected. I get real tired of class "A" prices for class "C" rooms and service.

It is an older hotel and most furnishings were dated but it was clean & staff were friendly. On another note the complimentary coffee is offered in dixy sized (mouth wash sized) cups. But all in all with a discount to the hotel, its worth it, but without I may have considered other options.

The location just off the interstate was very convenient. The hotel was clean and comfortable and the staff could not have been more helpful.

The room was not clean at all. There was actually what I presume to be blood splatter on the wall in bathroom. Dark spots that look like possible mold throughout and red spots all over the mattresses and bedding. Bedbugs !!

Never again! Beds were soggy couldn’t get comfortable enough to get much sleep. Smelt like mold when using the ac. Very noisy with the hwy next to it. Could hear everything others were doing. Only bonus was the shower was hot but shower head was low even for someone who’s 5’4. Toilet was working however the bobber would hit the lid when flushing.

The room itself was clean as were the sheets, but the sheets felt old. The biggest disappointment overall was no breakfast was offered, although it was included in my reservation. For a two-night stay, I was given a $10 rebate After I conversed at length with the desk manager.
