Clean near everything

This property was dirty and disgusting. I took a shower at my friends house the first night. The day I left I had to shower there. The bathtub when I got out of the shower I shimmied on the towel to my shoes. The towel was black with dirt from the floor. in the middle of the night there was a loud fight in one of the other rooms. Terrible experience!

Excellent value. Nice, no frills room thats clean and safe. Service was nice. Couldve used thicker comforters and more pillows, but for the price it was fine.

Very clean room and quiet i would definitely stay here again

There was blood on the sheets in one room and we had to change the sheets ourselves when supplied. There are no tea or coffee making facilities on site. Cost was way too much for these rooms. had to provide. $50 per room. bond refundable. Has bee release. Cannot recommend this motel

Given the relatively small size of the rooms, placement of our luggage was somewhat of a challenge, but the stay was relatively a pleasant one.

Was shocked how tiny and dingy this hotel was. Hotel staff was not very friendly and I was uncomfortable asking them for help

Room was clean the only thing is that they have to fix it’s the bathroom sink drain

Easy to restaurants and stores

The rooms are easy access. Though small, located in an area with good restaurants and shops. Nearby gas stations. The bathrooms are clean.

The owners of the property were rude. There are drug addicts all around the property at all hours of the night. Like something out of a movie. Filthy

Was okay for a one night stay. However it was quite dirty. The bathroom walls had drip stains, the floors were covered in hair (that wasn’t mine) and I even found a blonde strand of hair in the bed sheets.

Great ambiance and close to a lot Of stores.

Room wasnt as clean as it could be. Dont think sheets were changed from last guest that stayed. Found lots of hair in the bed. Hair stuck to shower walls.

We stayed there for 1 night only and it was exactly what we needed after a long drive. We were exhausted. We were given a corner room and we were able to rest peacefully. Room was basic, but well equipped, it had all the stuff you would expect: mini fridge, microwave, TV, desk and a chair. Bed was okay, pillows a little flat. The room was small and it got a little noisy when the AC was on. The bathroom was spacious. No hair dryer in the bathroom though. We were able to take a nice warm shower, but some of the towels provided needed more cleaning. Good WiFi in the room. Nice ample parking. We were transiting the area, so I cannot speak for convenience regarding dining options, nor public transportation, but if you have a car, it's no problem.

The property seems to be in a quiet and safe location. But I do not like the lack of basic items such as a hair dryer. No breakfast was included, and when I asked for a paper cup to hold hot water, the office could not supply one.

The rooms are compact and clean and the beds are comfortable. I stayed here two separate times this summer and liked the quiet atmosphere.

The motel surprised me. I haven't had good luck with motels but this one is clean and so are the grounds. It didn't have any nasty smells and the A/C worked great. It's next to the road so it was a bit noisy at times from trucks and motorcycles. The bathroom is big and there are toiletries if you didn't bring shampoo or body wash. The shower was nice in that the spray didn't knock you over. The water got plenty hot. The bed wasn't bad for one night. The pillows are flatter than we were used to but we slept well. Overall I would stay here again if I was passing through.

There was mold at the corners of the bathtub. The floor was all dull and unclean. We stayed there for two nights. Even it was written they have room cleaning and change towels, they didn’t make a bed and didn’t give us a new sheet and the towels either. The air conditioner was horrible, noisy and too strong even we chose the low. We definitely will never use this motel again!

I got scammed or ether by the hotel staff or Travelocity

The bed was only on a metal cot frame, and it was very squeaky. The floors are laminate, which don’t buffer any sound whatsoever. The walls are very thin as I was woken up at 3 AM by a very loud lover next door.

Clean room comfortable bed! Nothing special but a fine place to spend the night.

I left room key at my hotel room. Hotel worker was charged me $50 because I didn’t return it at the check in desk.

The staff was very friendly, the room had recently been painted, furnishings comfortable, all that we needed. Farmstand/store and Cumberland Farm's store/gas station were right next door within an easy walk. Would stay there again if in the area. Price was very good for a summer stay.

Easy check in/out Rooms are small but have been updated. Bathrooms could use some storage/counter space. Overall fine.

Convenient to Brown U and downtown Providence. Very basic accommodations, no frills. Odd that there is a microwave and fridge in the room, but no coffee maker. Small room. Somewhat worn in and out. Not bad if all you are going to do is sleep there.

I liked that it was peaceful & quiet there. They definitely need to mop the floors in the room though!
