We showed up 30 min before check-in time and was immediately provided a room. Friendly staff. Room was clean and comfortable.

The heating system was not working. It continually made our room too hot kicking off an air conditioner that was very loud.. Sleep was difficult due to heat conditions out of ourt control.

Weird policy regarding the pool they kicked me out and closed the pool because it was raining. Their explanation was there might be lightening, it might strike the pool and someone in the pool could be injured so they’re concerned about liability.
The pool is in a courtyard completely surrounded by 4 story buildings.
If there was ever a lightening strike in the immediate area it would hit the buildings not the pool.

I like the location, very convenient accessing highway, in the middle of downtown of Palm Springs and Salton Sea, and Joshua Trees national park. Very easy to go everywhere. Hotel is clean, room is spacious, quiet. I wish there could be a couple of power sockets available in bedroom.

Overall it was a positive experience, I'm not sure if they were short staffed at breakfast but they couldn't keep up with the rush and stopped putting things out at 8:45am even though it was suppose to go to 9am. Overall it was comfortable.

Experience was good! The room has everything, refrigerator, microwave and stove etc., which is really convenient since I have a baby traveling with us, I can refrigerate/warm the milk. The hotel is on a main street and close to restaurants and supermarkets.

Stayed here one night. Car was broken into overnight. Police who came to write report said happens often at this location. Beware

From the lobby to the pool to our suite, all was excellent. There were lots of choices for the buffet breakfast and the seating area was expansive. The pool area was relaxing. Even though the hotel is on a busy street and our suite faced the street, we couldn’t hear the cars. The only thing I’d recommend is extending the weekday breakfast hours.

Rooms are a little smaller than they appear in pictures but still a good size. Full size fridge was very nice and they stock with dishes and silverware. Breakfast is pretty good, could have used a few more options or fresh fruit. Nice to have two nice full queen beds plus a good size sofa bed and a tv in both rooms

We stayed one night and had a very pleasant stay at the Homewood Suites. We found the hotel to be exceptionally clean and very comfortable. We had the buffet breakfast the next day and thought it was very good. My husband especially loved the biscuits and gravy. We would definitely stay here again.

Amazing staff at the front desk - kudos to Daniel for being just an all around awesome host and going above and beyond to make sure we had the best experience and stay. Would definitely be coming back!
