Have stayed here before and will continue to do so. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Shower feels great. Only complaint was that there was no microwave in the room, but there was a fridge. Didn’t pay for their breakfast so can’t speak to that. Easy to walk to places downtown.

The air wasn’t working in my room. I was finding old fries from someone else who was staying in the room before me. I was informed the breakfast started at 6 but not that it wasn’t free

We had very clean rooms. We had a very nice day, except there were no bending machines anywhere just on the bottom level you had to go to the office to buy snacks. Other than that the ice machine was on our floor and we enjoyed our time there.

Hotel room sink was clogged; there was no hair dryer; the toilet made sounds all night. The fan was so loud we had to shut it off completely. The bar was out of Chardonnay wine despite several listed on their menu. In general, the property is rundown and not very clean

The Moring breakfast I paid $15 for was not worth it.
The oatmeal was cold and the rest of the food was warm at best. The coffee was ok, but they did not have the correct lids for the cups they had

This was a last minute trip planned to see family for the holidays and needed a pet friendly place. We were pleasantly surprised and the employees were so pleasant and accommodating. No continental complementary breakfast but has a great bistro with a Starbucks. Our room was perfect for us and grandbabies and our dog. The gated well fenced dog area for outside was nice as well as the heated inside pool. We’ve already talked about booking our next visit.

Our stay and comfort was fine. We entered and exited through the stairway, which was in need of cleaning. Our room was clean for the most part, but the bathroom needed a little attention. The beds were clean and wonderful! My wife said there was a slight musty smell, but I didn't notice it at all. Nice quiet room!

We absolutely loved our stay. The staff was wonderful, our room was clean and comfortable, and the hotel was quiet! In the future, we will choose to stay here every time we come to Fort Smith.

There was garbage still in the cans and I found medications on the floor by the bed. Otherwise it’s a fine hotel.

I got to the hotel and they had no record of this stay and was forced to buy another room. Would really appropriate a refund.

We love staying at this location and hope to have a better opportunity next time. This time the room we had was very dated and needed some work. There was a large crack in the shower that someone tried to cover but was not successful, bath tub and sink would not drain water. Couldn’t take a full shower due to the water was above my ankles shortly after turning the water on. Again I hope they are able to do a refresh or plans for a remodel in the future.

A first rate room for a reasonable price. They're pet-friendly! We had two cats, and that can be awful when you're traveling.
My only minor criticism is that the room didn't have a microwave. I drink gallons of coffee in the morning and carry instant with me; using the little one-cup coffee maker slowed me down a scosh (but didn't stop me!)
