What a fantastic location and overall experience! The room was clean, comfortable and we had a stunning view of the ocean. Each morning, we walked on the beach at low tide and were able to see the seals with their pups. The interpretive folks were set up on the beach and ready to educate visitors on a variety of topics, they also did a nice job of keeping people away from the seals as people can receive costly tickets for being too close. Some things to keep in mind, there’s a couple of parking lots. You’ll have a bit of a walk if your room is on the far side of the property, you can’t park right in front of your building. There are guys with golf carts to help with your luggage. This is a better location for people without mobility issues. The beach is a steep walk down the stairs so definitely not wheelchair accessible. We had no issues as two people in their late 40’s in average-good shape. I’d recommend requesting a room on the top floor if noise bothers you, the ceiling felt thin, we could hear every step. Thankfully the neighbors were quiet when it was time for bed so we weren’t bothered overall. The kitchenette was a nice touch since we’re not close to a variety of restaurants and great for saving money! We had all the basics for cooking plus a dishwasher.

Very nice room on beautiful grounds. The only thing we didn’t like was that we couldn’t park our car by our room. We were pretty close to the parking lot , but it was still a 7 min walk to the car every time we had to go there. I can image the walk if we were on the far end of the property at least a 25 min walk. To there defense the did offer a shuttle to and from the room and parking lot but it would kind of a hassle to call the office and wait for the shuttle every time you needed to go to you car.

Was great atmosphere and setting. Good view and old school charm. Bed was on wheels, and sink faucet was set to far back so water went all over the counter. Loved the cart to help take bags and people from parking to room. Vegetation was fantastic throughout the property.

absolutely love otter crest, but very disappointed in the condion of this condo. old, cheap and drab decor. the mattresses are old. the 3 dollar bed pillows were useless and the clearance rack draperies were thin, wrinkled and drab. Need to improve and consider your guests comfort.

There was blood,garbage and mud in my room. My room was dirty and the manager was completely rude so was the front desk clerk Eric. The manager didn’t care there was my blood in my room or that my 4 year old daughter had touched it an now we have to go get her checked. Then proceeded to laugh at me and be of no help. I would not recommend staying here. Honestly this whole stay with this hotel was awful. Gregg the manager doesn’t care at all about blood Bourne pathogens or the cleanliness and it’s appalling to the say the lease

A unique and stunning situation overlooki the beaytiful Orgon coast. Easy trip for dinner, comfortably bed, warm pool. Whats not to like?
