All in all it was a good stay however this property didn't live up to what I would have expected from a Marriott property. Fine but average at best.

Easy check in easy, rooms were clean, spacious and bed were comfy! My only complaint in the room was the water pressure. It was kind of non existent.
Breakfast was pretty good but slice bread and muffins would have made it great!

Wish they had a shuttle to airport. Taxi was very expensive. Gym was okay.

We had a great stay! Beds are comfortable, room was clean, checkin/out were seamless. All in all would definitely recommend!

We stayed for one night as a stopover after our flight. The hotel met our needs overall.
Pros:
- The complimentary breakfast was excellent, lots of hot food - sausages, waffles, bagels, toast, oatmeal, yogurts, eggs, omelette just to name a few... very good.
- Numerous restaurants close by within walking distance and also a Walmart in case you need to pick up any groceries. There is also a small "convenience store" in the lobby with snacks etc, and prices were not extremely outrageous.
- Netflix available on the TV's in the rooms
Cons:
- I was disappointed in the fact that when I made the booking one of the main reasons I chose this hotel was that it included a free shuttle from the airport, and was told to call back a few weeks in advance of my stay to reserve the shuttle time. When i did call back to reserve my shuttle time I was told that the shuttle had been discontinued, and having booked a non refundable rate I was unable to change my booking to another hotel which may have been able to provide shuttle service. I was also told by the front desk that a taxi would cost about $15 each way from the airport - when in fact it was $30 for one way. We opted for Uber instead on our return trip which was just under $25 to the airport.
- We found the beds to be a bit hard and uncomfortable for our liking.

Nice place to spend the night with an heated outdoor pool and hot tub. Hot tub jets did not seem to be working but the temperature was nice.

I absolutely loved this hotel. From the year-round outdoor pool with waterslide and hot tub to the rooms and staff. Usually you're watching cable television and I was able to hook up to my Netflix. The beds are so incredibly comfortable and bonus there is a microwave and many fridge in every room. You never realize how much you actually need those two things.

Everything was great except the bed was like a rock. Maybe they put the old beds in the rooms that have a pet staying? Sleepless night. Otherwise everything and the staff were great.

Good price for what you get. Convenient to Hwy and amenities, cleaning staff were super friendly and really helpful. Only negative was a lot of homeless in area which could get a little much as they were sometimes trying to sneak in for free breakfast and causing a disturbance. Staff were on it though.

Overall very good stay at this near new hotel; however was on a business video call that carried past the clean up of the breakfast area. Hotel employee interrupted my business call to kick me out ~ probably will think twice before booking here again. Was very embarrassed as a result

The lady at the front desk didn't make my second check-in easy, even tho I gave her my reservation number. after more than 15 minutes she looked at the computer she found me.
After asking her for coffee, I was very clear to ask cleaning to do my bed and leave towels, but they didn't do my bed and just change the towels, not coffee not dry the washroom floor.
I called in the morning for coffee and the first thing she said was.... I gave you some yesterday, wow I never thought there were limits!!!

We stay at the Fairfield Inn in Penticton, and so we chose this Kelowna location while passing through town one day.
As expected with this hotel brand, check-in was friendly and problem free. Parking was ample. Rooms were clean, spacious and bright.
The breakfast buffet offered options for every breakfast type.
Staff are friendly and helpful.
And as an additional note, when we arrived to our room, there was a nice hand, written note, welcoming us, along with some postcards in a box of chocolates.

All good, unfortunately located next to loading bay of Walmart with semis backing up all night long.
Use A/C fan to cover sound.
Breakfast could improve a notch with glass and ceramic dishes and proper cutlery and cloth napkins. If being eco is in that would be the way to go.
