This property is starting to show it"s age a little and will some reffreshing to stay current.

Was underwhelmed by room condition, cleanliness and amenities for the price and location. Not what I expected from this chain having stayed in their other similar properties. The front desk staff was less than helpful with any question or request. Would not recommend or stay here again.

Easy booking. Stayed for the weekend for Leesburg Bikefest. Very quiet not a lot of noise. Pool and spa were dirty so we did not enter them. We would stay again.

I didn't appreciate the phone call the day before the trip demanding early payment. When the reservation was made, I selected pay at check-in at the property. So was charged more because of the option to cancel, but charged a day before check-in.

Great location - right by town square walking distance to restaurants. Furniture and appliances are older and need to be updated.

Had room near elevator lots of racket noise from the elevator going up and down especially in the morning when lots of people going to breakfast starting at 6:30 am. woke us ep every day for 3 day stay.
The breakfast was sub part, cold and not much of a selection.
The breakfast room was too small and very crowded for property of this size. Overall, would not recommend this property not what you would expect from the Marriotts chain.

Room was in serious need of upgrade... Sink and shower did not drain while in use. Microwave was rusty. Who knows what else we couldn't see. We checked out after one night.

Room was very dated. Our closet was painted a weird blue and somehow opened into the bathroom closet, strange ?. Had a stain on bed and also on the kitchenettes counter top. Multiple fixtures did not match to the replacement. Definitely not up to Marriott standards.

Unfortunately, I was given a handicap room, which was very spacious, however the guest who stayed before me had a special need dog, who needed a bath and they allowed the dog to sleep on the sofa which caused the entire room to smell like dog. I have two dogs and two cats and I keep them clean. Hate to complain.

We spent one night with our baby. This was our first time staying at TownePlace Suites. The room was clean and so was the kitchenette. The dishes appeared new which was surprising as some places they are worn and chipped.
Very happy with the stay and will do again in the future.

I asked for wheel chair accessible room. The doors were wheelchair accessible but the bathroom was NOT. It was an awful experience with my wheelchair bound mother for a short stay cation with her. I fidnt even get to have her with me the whole trip. I would NOT stay at the property again.

The staff is amazing. The gentleman that checked me in was very friendly, attentive, and informative. I always enjoy my stays here.

Even though check-in is 4:00, we arrived at about 1:00. They were able to get us in our room.
The only issue was that the water in our room was warm at best. Just warm enough to take a shower.
When we left for dinner about 4:30, I told the front desk about our water being only warm.
When we returned to the room about 8:30 we noticed that the water was much warmer. Got to take my hot shower the next morning. Wife very happy. She got to take her hot bath each night.
Staff very polite and helpful. They got right on the one issue we had.

Terrible management. I had a complaint about the conditiin of my dirty room and when the manager was reacged by phone he was rude. He told me i was lying when i called the front desk to complain. This property is trash so is the management. I will never stay at this hotel again.

We evacuated due to Hurricane Idalia. We had a 1 bedroom Suite. They allowed us to check-in early and check-out late. They had an excellent selection for their Hot Breakfast. Everyone was very nice.

It was a nice surprise! having stayed at this property 2 years ago, it has had a major facelift and is much nicer. Breakfast was good, coffee good, and the bed was comfortable.

Nice area plenty of places to walk to for dining. Close to town square in the Spanish part of the Villages.
Only issue was dog in room next door kept barking when someone was in the hallway. Other then that would definitely stay again.

Was a safe place to stay to be safe when evacuating a hurricane. There's much to do but most was closed due to hurricane. Loved the jalapeño corn muffins at breakfast.
