Was a one night stay but not enjoyable at all. No bottled water was offered. The fridge was dirty with an open can of soda inside. No privacy because both the window curtains did not close properly , leaving a wide opening/gap. The air con kept turning on loudly thus waking us up at night. The room was not a basic Marriott standard at all.

Receptionist was welcoming and professional. The check in process was quick. The room supplied all amenities we needed. However the sofa was worn out, the accent pillows were flat, dingy and worn out as well. The water wasn’t very hot. Everything was clean except the remote control which was sticky and dusty. There was dust around the cabinets in the kitchen and bathroom doors. Also, closet mirror doors weren’t very clean and glass shelf hanging on side of bathroom sink was dusty. Other than that the room served its purpose for the one night stay. I would probably stay again if traveled back to Texas to visit my family, due to kitchen and large refrigerator, but would bring my own cleaning supplies to clean and disinfect to my liking.

Place is pretty run down and expensive for what you get. I guess because it’s an extended stay. Also pet fee was very high for a short stay.

Older property. Carpets old and stained. Linens didn’t fit mattress, had slept on bare mattress when awakening in am.

My wife & I just came for our anniversary just for a quick getaway. Check in was easy and the room was really nice. The full kitchen was a bonus

The beds were comfortable. The rooms were nice. It just wasn’t very clean. The carpet smelled like dog pee. They never came and cleaned or changed the towels. I think we had a used towel hanging on the back of the door when we got there. Maybe they just don’t clean your room at a residence inn while you stay? I probably would not stay there again.

The first room given to us was near the side door entrance, with lots of traffic. The front desk staff was very accommodating in giving us another room far from traffic, ice makers and elevators. Thank you! The room was comfortable, large TV with lots of options, great shower, and comfortable bed. We were here in August and the a/c worked amazingly well given that it was over 110 degrees heat index! If I have to stay in Temple, this was a good choice.

Everything was going okay until the cleaning lady scared us early our last morning by opening our door. We were deep asleep since my son had two late games the night before. I called the front desk and she apologized and said that since we didn't answer her knock (which we did not hear) it was okay for her to open the door. This was at 9AM when the check out is at noon! We had a 7 hour drive home and wanted to rest.

We were in for a family event. Always find Residence Inn comfortable and clean. Bathroom was dated and lighting was dim, otherwise a great stay. Breakfast was very good!

We were just in town for our granddaughters graduation activities, so it was a lovely place to stay. Plenty of room, clean and quiet, even though next to I-35.

Needed to stay near a hospital for a few days to visit a family member. This hotel was conveniently located close by, clean, comfortable, and quiet. Nice breakfast included. I’d stay here again.

Old, dirty, dated...the arms of the chairs in the lobby are all worn and filthy. Trash bags in the hallways for days. No cleaning staff or toilet paper..I cannot Believe it has a Marriott brand.

Front desk rep was away for a while. I waited about 15 mins before I could check in. It was very noisy around the room. Guest above was very loud and it was easy to hear others outside around the room.

There was no on at the desk when we arrived. We had checked in online earlier but waited to get our key. The front desk attendant was unfriendly & unwilling to help us with our request. Our room smelled like smoke, the bed looks like it's been slept in & there was something nasty on the toilet. We would've gone to another hotel if one had been available.

Overall the property was nice but half the reason we stayed here was because breakfast was included and the breakfast was terrible. The eggs were clearly instant eggs that were watery and cold, the bacon was incredibly thin and cold, the oatmeal was watery and coffee was burned.

The stay was exceptional. Only thing in question is the fact was the other charges being placed on the credit card by the front desk clerk that I wasn’t aware of until 2 days later. Still haven’t received the hotel charges as it’s pending. Be sure and check with the front desk clerk for other charges prior to leaving.

Nice hotel in a very convenient location, close to everything, including I-35, but still quiet. Decent breakfast, good gym, pool, etc. Very nice rooms. Service was below average. Especially the evening/night crew was pretty grumpy and not very helpful.
