The door to the room handle stuck A LOT. Everything else was good though they tried to chage me 19.95 X 2days for my wifi in my room that upset me. I quickly had them remove the wifi charge.

Absolutely enjoyed our stay here. The room and entire facility was clean and the hospitality was top-notch. Would absolutely stay here again. Exceeded our expectations.

The location is perfect. Close to shopping and restaurants but far enough from the hwy to keep the noise level down. A movie theater within walking distance. The staff are wonderful and breakfast is always great.

Unique in that there were no surprises. It was clean, convenient for our needs, staff was very pleasant.

The walls are "paper thin" and conversations could be heard on both sides of our room which was very distracting. The floors in the room were terrible, we tried removing some of the filth but appears someone may have waxed over dirty areas along the baseboards. This made the bathroom appear very unclean.

Staff was extremely helpful. Had a squeaky AC and maintenance was there in less than 5 minutes to correct. Everyone very hospitable.

Excellent stay, clean room, able to check in early, all staff friendly including cleaning staff. Only concern was poor tv reception.

Room was fantastic , bathroom was exactly what I needed with a d walk in shower, staff was the best and knowledgeable, parking was great and easy. The only draw back was someone forgot to vacuum the hallway and bits of trash were visable during my entire stay.

The room was clean. The beds were not very comfortable and the bath tub bottom was very slick.

We got a handicap room. When we decided to go to bed we cut the air conditioner on and it was running fine but about 1 1/2 hours later it started making a very loud noise. So I waited and it stopped but 30 minutes later it started again. It woke my husband up out of his sleep. So he went to the front desk and the front desk clerk was extremely rude and had a nasty attitude towards us. All we asked for was another room. He said that we had to wait for the system to update and he had to call someone for help with giving us another room. So we waited for about an hour to get another room. In the morning when we were checking out, I notified the manager on duty of the situation last night. And I felt uncomfortable with the service that I received from the night personal. I love staying at this hotel before but something needs to be done about the air conditioning and the nighttime attendant.

Recently remodeled that included everything. Room was nice and our one night stay was quiet.
The only mark against the hotel was the shower soap bottle was completely empty when we arrived. But then again, I didn't ask them to fill it once I noticed, so I feel that's on me. Overall , a good stay and we will stay again.

There was not enough supplies in my room or the pool area, tv wasn’t working properly, and the staff wasn’t helpful so nothing was resolved.

Everyone that I came in contact with were pleasant. Shout out to the wonderful and beautiful African American (pardon me for not capturing her name) lady who assisted me when I spilled my coffee after encountering a woman who was rude with touching my luggage as well as constantly trying to get in front of me while trying to prepare my food. The nice breakfast attendant was awesome as she ensured that everyone was taken care of as well as made sure I wasn't slighted even with the other guest being rude.
