The staff and workers was nice. The room is clean. The only thing is they got new mattresses and they are hard on my back. I like a soft bed and bed are hard because of mattresses.

My niece and I came down to watch a concert and only needed a room for the night. We got one double room and it was perfect. Shower was good, A/C worked great and beds were very comfortable! Will try to stay again when we come for more concerts!

The hotel was ran very well. The place was nice, rooms were clean. We didn’t do breakfast because we had other plans. Although from the looks of it, it seemed very balanced as far as food options went! The only down side of our stay, was the room smelled odd. I’m not sure, if it was the carpet, the window area, or the A/C unit. But it smelled like cat urine. Which was, unpleasant. As well as the area where the hotel is at. Tucked behind a restaurant, next to a very sketchy run down motel. I wasn’t too fond of the parking situation either. Would I book again? Probably not, it was last minute and it was better than some of the other places we saw. And as far as location and parking issues go that’s totally not the owners fault. They were so sweet and so helpful. ❤️

Very clean. Very friendly. And affordable

This place is ok. It isnt great or maybe even good, but it isnt bad. The lobby smelled clean and it was bright. The girl who checked us in was competent and most would not think friendly. Luckily for her, i am part indigenous and could easily tell she was very much so...and they often dont come off as overly friendly. She did well; no complaints. The manager was friendly when we left. There was a pretty bad smell in the elevator and hallway. The room was ok, but the bed and pillows werent very comfortable...we woke up with our necks and backs hurting some. The heating/ac worked perfectly and made it very comfortable temp wise...something that even nice hotels struggle with often. Kinda loud outside very early in the morning...a lot of work people stay at these. The outside seemed a little rundown, but not terrible. Getting into the parking lot takes some critical thinking skills...you gotta go thru like two to get to theirs. Weird. The deposit for incidentals was more than the price of the room..lol. We were told guests had to be out by 10 pm...ive never had guests visit me in a hotel so that seemed odd. Lastly, when we went back at 10:40 am to make sure all was out of the room and use the bathroom one last time we were taken aback by our door being open and the room ripped apart for cleaing. Check out is at 11 am. We went inside and checked the room and used the bathroom. While inside the cleaning lady knocked and wanted to come in. I informed her check out wasnt until 11 am

The overall experience was great. The lady at the front desk gave us some awesome food recommendations and was extremely friendly. The breakfast lacked a little bit, but overall a good experience

They put us in a room that was assigned to someone else. After we got that figured out though, everything was great

It was good but neighborhood was kind of sketchy
