Nice and clean but upon checking in we had pre-paid on an app, they said they can see we were pre-paid then continued to charge me for the room again and they put a hold on my credit card for incidentals. It took me almost 30 minutes to make them credit my card back for double charging me.

Nice, clean room. However, the staff was overly concerned about me parking my uhaul truck on the property. I was in the process of moving long distance from Pennsylvania. There were only a few others staying in the hotel that night, so my truck did not inconvenience anyone. They wanted me to park the truck with valuables on the Walmart lot down the road. I am quite sure they would not have cared if the truck was vandalized and my things stolen. I suppose that no one has ever stayed at their hotel who was moving long distance?

Didn't like the bait & switch price of room, didn't like that they didn't honor Expedia and charged $50.00 Just in case??? In case of what. I had to pay out of pocket and they forgot to give me a copy of my bill .and NOW I have been charged TWICE $72.14 and $89.49 Refund one then please $72.14

Was made to feel unwelcome . Had booked a few rooms for a stay for a Christian concert with the family . While taking my bags up was asked if we were sure we don’t have extra guests . Then later after I Took my bags up and inquired in the hall way by the room about what our plans were for the day . The only worker took the time to go upstairs and the Front desk worker took the time to come up and harass us and ask if everything is ok. We would come to you if we had a problem. We were all dressed up also and adults but made to feel like we were delinquents and not welcome . Toilet was dirty and stained . I had enough and Asked for refund after it kept happening and was told they can do nothing about it . Checked out early that night .

I didn't get to check in was having car trouble and theywbouldnt even let me cancel even though I couldn't stay

I’m unsure how they are still in business. This was by far the worst place we have stayed.

This is a budget hotel and you get what you pay. It is ok for just a stop over for night but definitely not good for long stay

The management was absolutely horrible. They share a pool with a hotel next door. They say it is a seasonal pooll, but it is shared pool. You have to walk through a parking lot to get to it. One of the staff members cursed and yelled at my son. We refuse to stay there, but they charged my card anyway. We felt very threatened. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy.

Poor conditions - windows dirty, curtains all torn and ragged

We had stayed there a few times in the past. There was a hole in the blanket They said breakfast stared at 6:30. They were just starting putting things out. Only powdered milk for coffee. We were very disappointed

I reserved a room through expedia.com, I paid online by credit card; upon arrival at Hometown Hotel in Bryant, the very rude clerk did not honor the reservation, and also refused a refund. It was an extreme hardship for me because I am disabled. It was a hotel scam, I advise you never to book online and to avoid Hometown Hotel.

The room was clean. The desk clerk was at our door at 11:00 as we were leaving not to help my wife who is handicapped but tell us we were about to overstay. His concern was not for the customer but to see we left! The breakfast was “the poorest “ excuse for one He had two slices of bread and yogurt the clerk said due to the “pandemic “ which was a lie! Terrible !

Check in was good. Room was clean and comfortable. Air conditioner was not on, so it was hot but it cooled off quickly.

Breakfast was nearly non existent. A few pieces of bread, a few oatmeal packets, and a few muffins. No hot foods. The Tobin our room wasn’t working properly, when we asked to be moved to another room, the manager refused per staff. We were the only patrons in the whole place, so there was no obvious reason that we could not be moved. We asked to speak to the Manager and were told that he would not speak with us and they refused to give us his name. We were told we had to deal with the staff, who lied to us to cover for the manager. Staff assured us the tv would be fixed while we were out during the day. Upon return that evening, it was not done. The cable company did not arrive until close to 9:30 pm and the cable employee told us they had just called. When confronted privately, the young man on staff admitted he had lied to us on behave of the manager. Terrible experience! When we checked out, the girl at the desk, went upstairs to check our room for damage! We were the paying, honest customer but was treated as if we were trying to get something for free. Never again!!

They don’t actually have a pool. They share with the motel next door. No extra roll of toilet paper so now I’m fixing to run out and have to go downstairs to get a roll

I’ve stayed here a few times. I was somewhat disappointed this time. They used to have a nice breakfast, but I ended up going to a restaurant both mornings I was there. It was very obvious the young woman couldn’t care less about what was put out. It was hot in the dining area, so to be able to sit where it was cooler I had to clean off a table myself. She could see me doing it and made no attempt to help. There was also no coffee made and very little food.

Service was so disappointing! Practically, nothing works at the breakfast place - not sure why they mention buffet style breakfast!! Did not even gave a receipt at the time of the check-out. I even provided my email, still didn't send anything. There were only 2 room towels, but told there were 3. I repeatedly had to say that there were only 2. Stay away!!!!

Painful check inn. Took way too long. Almost an interagation pets? Smoking? Kids . Paid on expedia and they still ran a card for incidentals? I asked what side my room was on to park on that sjde. He got it wrong. Breakfast was very skimpy. Good price, good accommodations but just not a welcoming experience.

No ice available. No coffee available in the morning. Waffle batter empty and no syrup.

The cleanliness of the interior rugs& rooms left a lot to be desired.

I did not have a good feeling upon entering the hotel. It was too dark in the lobby. People were waiting to be waited on and the attendant was not there behind the desk. Room was definitely not clean as it should have been.carpets very worn and not clean. I felt very uneasy!
