Good location close to park, museum & metro station. Room was standard & well equipped. There is a modern style fitness room also.The buffet breakfast has a good choice (mix of indian & western food)as does the evening buffet.What made my stay most pleasurable was the staff, always polite & eager to help. Great friendly service, would reccomend to anyone.

Wifi is nt working even after checking with the staff. Toilet is old, dirty and smelly. Poor ventilation. Bedsheet is dusty. Toiletries was not replenished even after 4 days stay. Towel is dirty and smelly. Room service food - the vegetable is not fresh. Room phone is not working. Can just call front desk but not room service. Lifghting in room is too dim as some light is not working. Front office staff owe a return change but simply ignore the return upon my check out. Overall this hotel is over rated and do not even deserve a 4* ratings

Pros: Staff that we dealt with in person were very pleasant, helpful and professional. Cons: Staff answering the phone were unprofessional. They were horrible. They put the receiver aside 3 times when we were still trying to get an answer from them. The call would get disconnected eventually. Bathroom floor towels and toilet paper were never replaced. They were available only on day 1.

Well-located (not very far from the touristic points- Birla Temple, Charminar). The staff is very kind and the restaurant is also very good. The beds are comfortable. However, the sheets were not ironed which is not comfortable and gives the impression of sleeping in used sheets! The bathroom should be better cleaned (around the taps and the tiles).

I was given a smaller room on check in , but was upgraded by the front office executive Mr. Abbas after i told him this was not ok. I had to wait for atleast 20 minutes at breakfast before somebody asked me what was i waiting for. I asked for a iron & ironing board and it was got after 5 phone calls and after 1 hour 20 mts after i had to personally go to the reception. The staff at the reception are friendly , but their service for guests like me who have stayed multiple times at the hotel needs to be upgraded a few notches.

They have provided promptly through some private operator. The drive asked to pay directly to him the fare Rs. 1200+Rs200 as parking charges. I have requested for bill.Neither hotel staff given me bill of Rs. 1400 not the taxi driver. I did not like this.

It was not good experience. In my booking king size bed was mentioned and they have given me queen size bed. In booking they offered children below 12 years as free. But while booking they were asking for extra charges. After lots of arguments they finally agreed as chilld below 12 years is free

This was our first trip to India, and the hotel was centrally located from everything that was needed during our stay! The staff was incredibly friendly and very hospitable. The room was a little different from what we're used to seeing in the United States, but still very accommodating.

Inspite of being regular guests at the hotel, the Front office does not oblige for late check out. We give a lot of business to your hotel and all our trainings are held with you guys. So the least the hotel staff at Hampshire can do is be more courteous and allow for a late check out. Secondly the service during our training was pathetic on the 1 st and day, but slightly improved not the 2nd day. There was NO staff to attend to us, inspire of repeated requests (5 times precisely). The spike busters given to us for connection for our laptops weren't working and the maintenance people took 2 mins to come to the venue, check and sort out the issue. And I literally had to raise my voice to get this done. Highly irritating I must say. The funny part is everyone kept putting the blame on the other. but the 2nd day it was better. P.S: This problem of not staff during out trainings seems to be a regular issue. If this problem persists we might have to look at other venues, if your Hotel is not interested in our business.. The room service was awesome.

This was a good, modern new hotel. There was a good breakfast and the staff were helpful and friendly. There were a few teething problems to do with water drainage in the bathroom but the staff did their best to resolve. Overall the experience was very positive. The restaurants were both good though pricey by Indian standards.
