Lovely central spot for all the tourist sites. The breakfast was top notch.
Be aware that when it's hot there is no A/C and the street noise is loud into the late evening.

We loved our stay at the Garner Hotel in Cologne. The helpful staff at checking was a nice welcome after our travel day from Berlin. The hotel room and hotel amenities were excellent. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend the Garner Hotel for it's great location, nice rooms and very close to shops and restaurants.
