Very comfortable beds , room was super clean as well as the property . Staff friendly and very accommodating. Breakfast was great many choices . Conviently located next to shopping dinning and highway . Definitely would stay again

Hotel was very clean. Despite snow/mud being tracked in, they were always on top of things. Kind man at the counter lent us a snow brush. Nice hotel, nice people. Bed could have been a bit firmer, but that's just a tiny quibble.

Well i booked rm online and thought it was one of the better upscale hotels in Augusta, was i ever wrong. $150 for a room no bigger then a prison cell with a king bed thrown in the middle of what little space was left.Found a smoked butt in nightstand next too bed, and the beds in the place are older then the hotel, there was a mini fridge and microwave stuffed in the corner. Tv had 42 channels 28 news channels, 13 shopping channels, and 1 local just about... The Colonial in Ellsworth has them beat by a long shot. $150 is twice as much as these rms are worth. Very dissatisfied with expedia and the Fairfield Inn. Staff was good, everything else sucked. Like the doggie pool advertised as an indoor pool, might as well throw a heater in it and call it a hot tub, 4 people in is 2 too many..
I will not recommend this hotel or expedia too anyone, not even enemies, they should of just built it on Sand Hill

Rooms are clean but dated. The bathroom seriously needs to be updated - tub finish was completely dull, cracked wall tiles, and shower head 🚿 not at all adjustable. Lobby was updated and lovely. For a King Bed “Suite” - the couch was seriously outdated with cheap replacement covers; the “kitchenette” was just a nook with a coffee machine (not even a kcup), old microwave, and old mini fridge. No complimentary water at check in?
On the plus side, the bed was super comfy, great neighborhood, quiet and great sleep. Breakfast was so-so - limited options. The free coffee/tea in the lobby - great. Suggest adding DECAF tea other than Lemon to that station and also suggest adding ice water to that station. Overall, a solid 8.5 out of 10.

The staff was courteous. Our rooms were clean and comfortable. The only thing is that the double pull-out sofa is a little bigger than a twin bed - not a double. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay and will be back!

The bed in 318 is horrible they need to change it out didnt sleep at all. It was like sleeping on the floor. But i usually have great experince usually very comfy but this time it was horrible

The room was clean. We did travel for business so, it would have been nice to have a microwave in room. I was looking forward to a nice hot bath. Unfortunately, that didn't happen. There was no stopper for the water and the water didn't get hot enough.

Staff was especially helpful .I was startled by how attentive to cleanliness the woman who ran the generous breakfast buffet was, continually checking on and refilling where timely while making sure the areas were kept spotless. She is from the old school of how to take care of guests in your house.

The property was like most Fairfield Inns. Rooms were double beds and on the smallish side. Not the most updated hotel but certainly adequate for a nights stay.

Wow very nice, my room was extremely dated in certain regards. Though the beds were extremely comfy.
Surprisingly the TV was on when I came in with a welcoming message. It even had my name on it. It looked like they offered Netflix, but you had to log in with your own account to use it

The hotel was very nice with modern furniture in the lobby. The rooms were standard with no microwave included. We paid $250 Canadian/night from May 16-18 so a total of $499 . I’d assume we’d have housekeeping pop by sometime during our stay but no. I inquired about our room left as it was upon our return in the late afternoon and was informed housekeeping only happens every 2-3 days. Seriously?
Breakfast buffet was nice with everything from porridge to no crust quiche. I had blueberry compote on my porridge the first morning, but blueberry compote wasn’t to be seen on the second day. They do change the breakfast choices daily it seems so that was nice.

The staff was so considerate and kind. We especially loved Louise and her cheerful, “Good morning!” when we came to breakfast. The continental breakfast was delicious and had so many options. We ate a different breakfast all four mornings of our stay.

The staff was very professional. The pool needs some tlc, the bottom needs painting. Breakfast was delicious, the fluffy scrambled eggs were perfect.
In room coffee very gross, however the breakfast room coffee was delicious.

We checked into the room and hung around for a bit. We ran to grab a few things and came back after dark. Our room looked like daylight. A spotlight was shining RIGHT INTO the room. It was my baby’s bedtime so switching rooms wasn’t really an option at that point. I couldn’t get to sleep and when I finally did I slept very poorly.

Clean, nice and convenient. Limited breakfast- my idea of a hot buffet is not pre packaged egg sandwiches (in sealed plastic)

The room was very small. Beds we’re comfortable . My daughter her husband and two kids are in a two bed room and it is very cramped quarters.

The hotel is great. The only down side to the suite is the bed is literally a few inches from the air conditioner so the person sleeping on that side has it blowing directly on them. We tried to sleep with it turned off, but it gets to hot. I would stick with the normal room in the future.

Bathroom tub/shower had mold in the corner. Should have been addressed. It’s a higher priced hotel in the area- should be taken care of. Decent breakfast with friendly older woman there.
