The owner/receptionist was very nice and accommodating upon arrival. When I had an issue with accessing my room with the code given she responded immediately. The room was outdated yet had all the features one could want while traveling. It was also very clean. The only thing I can think to improve it is to provide an additional blanket during the winter months.

The bed was very comfy but when I first walked in, it had this smell of stale food. When I was going to put my things in the drawer, I found clothes that belonged to a toddler so I’m guessing the drawers don’t get checked and wiped. The fridge also had a leftover yogurt in the freezer

I liked that it was away from the downtown congestion.
There was only one thin blanket on the bed. The weather had turned colder, but I didn't want to run the heater on a higher setting, so I used the bath towels as an extra blanket.

Overall we paid to much for this room. Was on a road trip and most of the Inns and motels were booked or did not have the specific room wanted. When we arrived we were the only ones there, 2 more there in the AM. The lady at the front desk was friendly but not very personable. The room was adequate but as the temperature dropped we turned on the heater and the not used heater smell forced us to turn it off. Considering we were the only ones there did not think another room would be any better. Fortunately the temperature did not drop to much. For a lower price this would have been ok to stay the night.

Inexpensive and comfortable little hotel with nearby restaurants. As I was passing through, it worked well. Not a beautiful property but the surrounding Mt. Shasta area landscape is.

The decor is dated and the beds could be ten times more comfortable, but that being said it served its purpose. It was clean enough and it felt safe. Walls are super thin though, as we could hear the neighbors music playing loud well into the night. I like the key/entry system, makes checking in and out easy.

The automatic text message with checkout instructions at 03:53 in the morning is ridiculous. Same with checkin text before 06:00 with checkin instructions - come on - those could be timed more appropriately!

Nice property to stay near by Shastha, and it has all basic ameneties provided, while the bed is little small and comfortable for 2 people stay.

THE ROOM WAS NOT WORTH 169.00 PER NIGHT. IT WAS PRETTY MUCH LIKE A MOTEL 6. THE ROOMS SHOULD BE MORE LIKE 69.00 [PER NIGHT. THRE BEDS WERE LIKE TRAMPOLINES AND THE HOT WATER IN THE SHOWER LASTED 5-10 MINUTES. THE ROOM SMELT MUSTY AND THE TV HAD MAYBE 8 CHANNELS. IT WAS A WONDER WHY THE PLACE WAS EMPTY. TOOOOOOOO EXPENSIVE FOR THE QUALITY OF THE MOTEL.

The staff was very friendly, and they likely work hard. This hotel is no thrills. The room is warm and clean, but that is it. The pillows were flat, and the towels thread bare.

It was a nice stay ,it was a short stay requested handicap none available when I got there but got a downstairs so it was ok

We arrived at 11:30 approximately and the whole place seemed completely empty, the person at the office said that checking in was at two P.M but if we wanted to check in early we would have to pay $10. We did paid but being the only ones in the Motel and apparently the only ones through the whole day it seemed unnecessary, accommodations were ok, not the cleanest place, carpet heeded cleaning
