Great place with a great piece of land. Loved the pool and the outdoor pods for dining. The bartender and our server Gary made it all come together for dinner.

We had the most amazing and relaxing experience at Grandview Lodge. We stayed in the Main Property, the bed was very comfy and the room had everything we needed. Their breakfast has so many gluten free options which was very important to me and so do all of their restaurants. Their spa was breathtaking and they were so accommodating with my pregnancy, they took such good care of us, we left so happy and relaxed. Their gym was perfect and had everything we needed. We couldn't be happier with our little getaway and already look forward to coming back in the future. I cannot say enough good things about Grandview Lodge!

This was my first stay at Grandview. I interacted with 4 staff members in my 12 hours of being there and WOW! They were fabulous! I stay in hotels often for work. Grandview is by far my favorite. I will stay with them as long as they have availability during my time in the area.

When we had an issue it was addressed right away. Excellent service.

My husband and I were here 9 years ago with friends over the New Years holiday. We liked it so much then that we planned to return 'someday.' This time was just as good. We stayed for 3 nights in one of the suites by the golf course. It had everything we needed.

Our 1st time at GVL. We enjoyed the variety of activities and the laid back nature of the property.

Beautiful location & buildings. We were there Sunday-Tuesday in October, so quite a few amenities were closed. The staff had the flower beds covered for frost, but uncovered after our request which was so appreciated so we could snap our Christmas photo. The pool deck could use a bit of a mop/sweep later in the evening.

Beautiful stay over the Thanksgiving holiday! Great place for families.

The staff were amazing and went above and beyond. The North Hotel appeared to be new-- very clean and beautiful. Not many people at all this time of year (Nov)

We had a great weekend at GVL! All the dining and recreation options are right on site, and our cabin was beautifully remodeled and right on the lake (#107). We will be back!

We had to have them vacuum the bugs off the ceiling...gross.

A wonderful, beautiful family trip!

This was a amazing little resort, I’ve been coming up to this area my whole life and ended up needing a place to stay for one night up here cause plans fell through, we stumbled upon the lodge and it was amazing! We already have a trip to come back in the winter for a whole week because one night was not enough! The staff also were a huge help and soooooo nice! Definitely would recommend to anyone, couples or family or a quick get away!

I would extremely disappointed to find out when we arrived that both king-size beds in our townhome were broken and unusable. When trying to remedy the situation, I looked under the bed to find popcorn, cookies, and a bunch of other disgusting dirt. The sink did not drain in the unit Either. I called the front desk and they did make it right the next morning by moving us to a different room, but the room they moved us to the water heater did not work, and we found out on the last day when we were trying to shower to leave that all we had was cold water. Love the property and the service wasn’t bad, but the cleanliness was definitely not up to par especially for a gem like this place. Disappointed.

A great getaway to relax with family. The cabins have been updated and were like an apartment for us to cook in. Very nice when we wanted to do that. Waterpark staff were not friendly each time we went, but the rest of the staff were helpful and all grounds crew workers smiled and waved.

Beautiful spot- our studio cottage was lovely and so quiet... will come again for a retreat!!!

Our check in was about an hour and a half delayed. They did comp breakfast. Our room looked like it was last updated in the 70’s. We were charged a resort fee. Many of the amenities were not available. There was no cleaning service which was not a big deal but for the rate it seemed like a reasonable expectation. This was an “Up North” lodge so maybe it was what we should have expected.

The Interlauchen Townhomes are so nice, right on the waterfront. We were at 710 and found the beds very comfortable. A couple of items were lacking in the kitchen, such as larger serving spoons, meat thermometer, but not a big deal. The blinds in the porch room that heads out to the shore were broken.

Great service, I liked the easy check out process and convenience as far as being able to text for questions or inquiries during the stay. There’s a lot to do, a weekend stay didn’t seem to be quite enough. Downsides were boathouse not being open when it was supposed to and we were told someone was going to get us life jackets and paddles for kayaks but no one ever came. Also, the map of the place isn’t particularly helpful, wish navigating to places at the resort or affiliated with it was easier.

The property was beautiful but the lodge and rooms were old and outdated it’s was extremely pricey for the condition of the too

This is our second year and we had a great stay: shout out to the boathouse! But there are some things that can be improved, specially with such an expensive overnight value during the summer. These are: 1. Cleaner breakfast buffet area: the floor was sticky and shoes would stick as you walked 2. The bikes are in overdue need to be replaced or serviced: flat tires, loose chains, tires with no threads, handlebars that are worn down or simply absent with metal exposed. On the flip side: the gardens are stunning and incredibly beautiful.

My room in the main lodge was full of bugs, laying on the bed, flying around the light, in the sink, on the toilet. Could not sleep.

We loved staying here for the weekend for a wedding near by. Everything was absolutely top notch! Great up north lake/woods feel with unmatched service and amenities. Would highly recommend staying here.

The property was beautiful with all the flowers. The grounds were very well taken care of. Our room was #3 in the lodge. The room was a nice size. Bathroom needs work, especially the grout needing to be re-done. Currently, it looks kind of gross. Look at the ceiling above the shower. Some employees were friendly, but others were not. Employees represent Grandview and I’m not sure training is adequate. Specifically, two bartenders at Cantina Restaurant were not friendly as well as a couple of employees at front desk of the lodge and at the store next to the ice cream store. We still had a great time and enjoyed our time there (Monday thru Friday).

Lovely 2-night stay. Good food and service. Unfortunately, the only EV charging is lightpost Level 1 outlets in the parking lot that give you maybe 40 miles in 24 hours.
