Very efficient check in. Room was ready for us. Location in centre of Callander is good. Breakfast was great and all we needed for our journey which followed.

Hotel was clean and comfortable. On the main road in town, but noise wasn't an issue. Easy walk on the main road to shops and restaurants, though the hotel had a very good restaurant, as well as a bar in the back. Breakfast was very good, adequate choices. Only 3 miles from Bracklinn Falls, worth the short drive and then a short walk.

Great breakfast! Close to waterfall, the Craggs, other city sites of interest, and not too far from Loch Lomond. The room was spacious but a little noisy next to street. Across from grocery store for quick snacks.

Hotel was excellent value for money being in the centre of the town.
Staff were very accommodating.
I was traveling on my bike and they accommodated storing it securely overnight.
The best bit about the hotel is the evening food.
They have a very good chef, and a decent menu.
The food presentation is very good and tastes excellent. I had the balmoral chicken one night and the slow cooked beef the second night. Both were excellent.
It is far better than the surrounding eating restaurants that offer basic burger and chips.
