It was a good experience, very clean and right in downtown. Nice bar and while we didn’t have the need for the convention center it was very convenient to this property. Many restaurants within walking distance of this property

Everything was great. Bathroom could use better lighting

The hotel was great. Very nice. Restaurant breakfast wasn’t very good. Came out cold and incorrect. Could’ve had a better breakfast at Waffle House for 1/3 the price. Service was so-so. For that type of money you would expect better.

This is my third visit and i love every minute of it.Excellent house spatiality.Love the indoor pool and hot tub.Rooms are very clen and specoius.Great stay again.

We stayed for one night and were unable to get a good nights rest. The rooms were not sound proof, therefore, we heard everything from casual conversations to arguments to loud party goers all night long. Will not be booking any future stays with this hotel.

Enjoyed dining in the restaurant. Food & service were great.
Major complaint is having to pay for Internet service- was really frustrating when trying to access e- mail etc. & had to pay daily fee.

I called two days in advance to change my room type and when we arrived they told us it’s first come first serve and we no longer could get a double queen room. I booked my room five months ago!

I booked a king bed room —upon arrival I got my room key and went to my room only to find it was was a conference room with a large table and couches..one of the couches was a hideabed and it was pulled out—I kid you not!! I went downstairs to front desk and they said they were sorry but that was all they had, they were sold out!! I had booked the room days before…it was late and I was tired and did not want to look for another hotel..in the morning I spoke with the manager who was relatively indifferent and cut the room rate from 335 to 99.00 -
And some no voy points—outrageous. I taught him some French phrases and left.

The room was clean and a good size. Hotel staff were nice. However, for this price point, each room should have a microwave. We ate at the restaurant downstairs in the lobby. The food took forever to come out and was just ok.

Great location, but bathroom wasn’t clean and valet were rude. Everything else was great.

The only issue we had was the comforter in our room had blood dots on it and I think it should have been replaced.

We liked the location, as it is central to downtown Raleigh.
The one waitress at the Rye Bar was rude, We were sat down at a table at 10:30 to eat and were told the kitchen closed at 11 and we could not order. She was not kind or apologetic, but just plain rude.. All of the other staff was great.

Absolutely GORGEOUS lobby. Valet was easy and convenient, much more convenient that the self park. Valet was $30 for overnight, you text a number and they bring your car. Room was lovely and clean, bath tub and shower were large and tall people friendly. Beds were very comfortable, room was spacious. Every staff member I spoke with was helpful and pleasant. Will be back.
Only downside was that the lotion provided had almond products in it, and I am extremely allergic. A bit of a safety concern. Otherwise the stay and hotel were PERFECT

Great hotel in the heart of downtown. Convenient walkable location to capital, museums, convention center and other sightseeing.
Hotel is very clean and updated. Comfortable beds! Great restaurant and bar on site. Friendly staff.

I didn't have an issue with the property itself but Expedia. I booked 2 weeks for a king size bed and when I got there it was over booked and I had to settle for two queen size beds. This was unacceptable, and I don't understand how you can over book this stuff. This will be the last time I use Expedia to book anything.
