Quick and easy check-in, spacious room and friendly staff. Variety of options for the continental breakfast. No issues when I asked to extend my stay. I've been coming here when i cisit family for years and I will continue to stay here!

Didn’t service our room for 3 days. Maid service said we had our do not disturb sign each time they checked and we definitely took it off before we left each day between 11:00AM and 12:00PM. They wouldn’t even comp us any extra discounts.
We would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Loved the breakfast and the food. Custodian super helpful in letting us into the pool. Beds were comfortable. The mirror in the bathroom was nice and bright. The only thing that could have made it better was fixing the USB ports (None of them worked) and lock for pool.

This was honestly one of the best and cleanest hotels in the area. David was really helpful and informative about everything I had a question on.

Clean, pleasant staff, nice breakfast. But couch functional but broken. No bedding or blanket in room for it, had to go down to get it. Since I paid extra for there to be an extra person, I would’ve expected room to have . Plus pool had no towels, shouldn’t have to go to the office for everything.

It was a nice place . Location is kinda funky. Overall stay was nice .

Check-in staff was great. Our room was decent. The restroom in our room had some make-up or something on the light switch that was concerning. The fold out couch had some noodle like substance on the liner that was pretty gross. Night attendant was disturbing me while I was using the downstairs restroom at 3AM. He thought I was a vagrant but a vagrant should not be able to access the building unless they came past the front door, in theory anyway. I didnt like being talked to through the door while ai was trying to handle my business. The floor in the downstairs public bathroom was gritty. Also only one of two restrooms were open. Breakfast was fantastic.

We love staying here. As a couple who try to get away and have our peace, We definitely get that while staying here. It’s very quiet and super clean.

The property was easy access, quiet and safe for sure. I was able to book it very quickly and when I got there everything was in order. The room was clean, ready to go, and overall quiet. A good stay for someone needing a night or two. Plus a city that's open a little later so if you're hungry you can find something, somewhere.

Staff was amazing and helpful and fixed an issue we had on the spot! The breakfast is fantastic! The beds are super comfortable. Such an enjoyable experience for my family and I.

At first I saw some mixed reviews about this hotel. We went with our kids and grandma because it was close to the Polar Express in Perris. It’s clean and staff is friendly when you come in. It is close to a Walmart if you need to grab anything and right by lake Elsinore. It has an indoor pool which was nice at night, they have the heat on 84. The water is a bit cold but feels warm once you are in. The complimentary breakfast is totally worth it. Our son loved the pancake maker. Grandma loved the biscuits and gravy. The room was nice for the price. Bed was like 4/5 for comfort. Not the best but not the worst. We will def come back and try it out again.

great location if you are sky diving, has all the essentials, I was able to check in early, a/c, heat didnt work -but I didnt want to move rooms- front desk staff was friendly

I have been staying at this hotel for about 10 years , before the remodel and during the remodel, and after the the remodel ! You guys did a Great Job on the remodel ! So I have known Rocky for years . These are the reasons I keep coming back . Not too mention , the free coffee and a good breakfast in the AM !

Overall a great stay. Only problem was locating the hotel upon arrival in Lake Elsinore. Hidden in the back of the property made it difficult.

I felt safe, the room was clean. I had a non-smoking room, but it smelled like cigarette smoke. I'm allergic to cigarette smoke, so I had an allergic reaction. I was there for a family emergency, so I didn't complain. The location was important, so I put up with it. The 2nd night there we couldn't sleep well because the people next to us were loud. The bed was very, very comfortable, so I appreciated that. The Staff was kind and friendly.

This hotel is perfectly acceptable, with well-kept public spaces and grounds, and the room was clean, with everything in working order. The staff is very friendly. Breakfast was good, with omelets, scrambled eggs, sausage and bacon, and all the other standard fare.
There is a gas station/convenience store walking distance from the hotel, which is very close to Interstate 15.
Only negatives I can think of are the somewhat limited parking, a problem only if the hotel is fully booked, and there are some homeless people in the area, something beyond the hotel's control.
