Very helpful and friendly staff. They gave us excellent suggestions and directions, and also made dinner reservations for us at several restaurants.
The breakfast buffet is fantastic.

Hotel Carla was an excellent place to stay in the charming beachside Italian town of Levanto. The front desk staff were all incredibly kind and informational. You can rent bikes for free and ride around the town! Breakfast was delicious. 10 minute walk from the train station and a 10 minute walk from the beach. Rooms were clean. The only negative was that the room walls were pretty thin and we could hear quite a bit from the neighboring room. Other than that it was a wonderful stay and I would stay there again.

We had a fantastic stay at Hotel Carla in Levanto. The staff were excellent from the moment we arrived and always friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The breakfast each morning was outstanding, with plenty of options and great quality.
If you’re planning a trip to Levanto or the Cinque Terre area, I would highly recommend Hotel Carla. It was a perfect place to stay and helped make our visit even more enjoyable.

So far it has been our best experience in Italy. It is totally worth it staying in this hotel when visiting Cinque Terre National Park. The staff goes above and beyond to meet your reasonable needs. The location is nice and quiet. The room is spacious and modern.
