The price on hotels.com and the price we paid was significantly higher and we are not happy. If this is not resolved we will no longer be using hotel.com we have called to complain but nothing has been done.

Only disposable cutlery and plates for breakfast so lots of waste. There is no municipal composting in Sudbury as far as i know.

We count on Hampton inns as our go to and have always had great experiences. Unfortunately that was not the case this time. This hotel needs updating, on the surface it looks good however the mattress was so terrible that both my wife and I woke up in pain. Also there was a hockey team or tournament there the night we were there which didn’t help as kids were running up and down the halls uncontrollably l, I had to eventually to and talk to them, not sure where the parents were. Due this team in there was a party the night before which didn’t not get cleaned up after and for breakfast the area was still very dirty. Finally the air conditioner was so noisy that we could hardly sleep. Sorry to leave such a negative review for what is usually a solid chain but I would avoid this location unless there are some investments to upgrade.

Beware - if you're travelling with a pet they'll charge you $50 extra. Around $25 is fairly standard nowadays. But $50 you're not told of until you arrive? A money grab. Hardly "Pet Friendly".

Staff was super friendly throughout my stay. My only issue was that the bath tub was dusty and there was mold on it. Otherwise, this is a good hotel

Would have given it 5* but the shower head in the jacuzzi room wasn’t great and the breakfast hours are very limited.

Quick and easy check in. Room was spacious and clean. Bed was uncomfortable and made noise with every movement but had good pillows. Breakfast was yummy with good selection of options. Overall I would recommend this hotel and stay here again.

Everything was great. Just a couple simple suggestions. Your toilet paper is not soft and maybe upgrade your tv channels to have movies option. Other than that our a little anniversary and Christmas shopping adventure get away was perfect. Thanks

Overall property is reliable and clean and offers a simple, great breakfast. It is right off of the highway in Sudbury which is very convenient.
Cons, no hair conditioner in room, price was quite high for quality, hot water was not hot enough to make a good cup of tea.

Hotels are grossly over priced. $250 for less than 24 hours stay makes things like a smelly toilet and lack of toiletries stand out. I also found the staff to be generally unwelcoming. Breakfast staff were very friendly which was appreciated.

We chose this hotel because it was advertzed as pet friendly. I paid the additional $50 and signed many waiver documents to compensate the hotel for any costs associated with damage or losses due to the presence of our little dog. One of these was relating to barking i.e. noise. The night of our stay other occupants near our room way past midnight. Sleep for us and our dog was ruined. The hotel has strict rules for dogs but not for humans who disturb other humans but also pets.

Didn’t really need to talk to anyone; the Hilton digital key worked like a charm. The front desk agent was very friendly and helpful with a few questions and requests that I had.

Excellent breakfast area and breakfast. Cleaning staff replenishes towels daily. Housekeeping staff very friendly and also night staff too. Beds are very hard. Sports teams stay here a lot. Two teams were here on our 3 night stay. University team was great but other team had parents in the hallway socializing vs using their room so they were loud and we were forced to complain to the front desk. If you are allergic to fury pets beware. We were told every room has had a pet in it. Not good if you have allergies!

Bright lights and noise made sleeping impossible. The air conditioner kicked in each time with a machine roar like a tractor was starting in the room. My wife and I left more tired then when we arrived the night before!

Bed was very uncomfortable. Felt extremely old, did not get a good night sleep. The room was exceptionally clean, the front desk was very polite.
