I was billed through hotels.com and the clerk Tommy billed me again

For the very expensive price for this hotel room the quality was horrible. Beds not super comfortable, cleanliness was awful for entire hotel. Our room had a very strong nasty pee smell in bathroom called front desk after got in room said noone to clean she would come look she said smells like a pet peed in there so wiped floor didnt clean it still smelled horrible i went and bought cleaner cleaned myself wiped w towel and floor was so dirty and nasty. I had to keep spraying the cleaner in there as smell would not go away it was making my daughter sick and she had a important bowling tournament we had keep bathroom door closed and vent on to keep smell manageable. The pool was not very clean so we didnt use it. Very dissatisfied with our stay for the price highly overpriced

This property OK. I have to say that the room furniture was fairly, the service from the front desk associates was courteous, however the carpeting in our room was so filthy it turned out white socks black.

The only thing is our check in was at 3pm and they were not ready which I think they were behind but for the rest really clean rooms and the staff was nice .

I thought the room was overpriced for the location. In saying that the room was quiet, clean and comfortable. The breakfast needs some improvement; however, overall, I would stay there again.

Clerk at front desk young lady rolling eyes and inconvenience her when asking about room. Room had thick layer of dust on bathroom shelves and baseboards

Only complaint, the pool was closed on an 85 degree Saturday because they had put chemicals in at 1pm

Very comfortable property in a great location. Nice desk staff, better than average breakfast. Only suggestion is for senior management should have to use the plastic "silverware" for breakfast for a month.

The hotel was clean and the staff was very nice. Breakfast was great for continental. Options included waffles, sausage patty, biscuits, gravy, cereal, yogurt and choices of juice & coffee. I would definitely choose this hotel again.

A little bit of age in the building but like most of the Hampton Inns I have stayed in they are quite, comfortable and have polite eager to help associates. Breakfast was on the okay side less choices than some others places. Would definitely stay again.
