The hotel is being renovated. Shower water was lukewarm. I expect this will be fixed. Staff was kind.

Regardless of the renovation.. The room was clean spacious and fancy ..I hope to stay there .next time it will be Marriott I was told.

The rooms were remodeled and were nice but I really wish the hotel would have communicated that the remodeling process is ongoing and there isn’t really much of a check in area. I arrived after traveling for 18 hours and it was a hassle getting the bags to the check in area and the rooms. There was no advance warning of noise from the remodeling. There was also nowhere to recycle cans or plastic.

I wasn’t mentioned in the website that the hotel was renovating/under construction. Our HVAC was also not working. A lot of road noise from the freeway if you’re room faces the freeway. A better sound insulated window would probably help. The window block off shade did not function to block the light out. However the room was very clean, just little things.

Check-in was good. Young lady at the front desk was great. However, they didn’t tell us that we only had hot water until 9 o’clock in the morning. Even then it took 15 minutes for the water to warm up. We are close to the freeway so you’re going to hear freeway noise, but the bed was comfortable and we slept fairly well . They are still doing renovation for the next couple weeks.

Disappointing. no hot shower available in an entire stay. No Fitness center as they were renovating. Expedia should return half the amount of this stay because hotel does not provide hot shower

The Hotel was under construction during my stay which affected aspects of my visit. The hot water in my room took over 15 min to get hot. I wasn't to pleased with that.

This is our go to hotel to stay at when we come to town to visit family. Room was clean, staff is always friendly. Hotel was under construction during our stay, but it wasn't noisy. The breakfast was limited selection to what is normally offered, but it was still tasty. Only complaint we all had was it took FOREVER for the shower to heat up like 5+ minutes. We all found that strange because the sink water turned hot within seconds of being turned to hot. Overall great stay and will definitely be staying here in the future.

The hotel itself is clean, other than the construction and renovation. The issue O had was with the customer service and lack of communication. The failed to inform me and check-in that the hotel was shutting the water off at 9 am. Went to ask about it and the was told that I should have been informed me at check in. General manager was not very helpful.

The only thing that kept our visit from being perfect was the construction taking place as part of a renovation. Our room was very comfortable and quiet. The breakfast room is spacious and the hot breakfast was good. We were not there long enough to use the pool and spa.

We were a party of 5 and we intended to use the pull out couch. But it was unbelievably dirty and looked like it was pulled out of a dumpster and like it went through a fire.
The regular beds also looked and felt dirty and my kids got bit by what I think we bed bugs.

I was not informed that there be construction going on at the hotel. Construction tape across the lobby area - it seemed like a crime scene form a movie. Doors slamming shut at 7am and an alarm of some sort going on and off at all times. The room had an unpleasant smell to it. I was very disappointed.

Nice staff and clean room but on the first night of staying there was no water. The guest on the second floor jumped up and down until 3 am. At 6 in the morning, someone banged on the door because she was looking for her friends on the second floor. My husband wanted to take a shower and we had no cold water just hot one and took all day to fix it. So we got charged for nothing.

Half of the property was under renovation, but based on the condition of the room I was in it was well overdue. Area around the hotel is a truck stop. Shady characters (homeless) roaming the parking lot at all hours. No hot water during my stay. Hotel staff said I only needed to let it run for 20-30 minutes. Nice.

They are under construction (much needed) but the shower was awful no pressure hard to control temp, the carpet was not clean I had to ask for it to be re vacuumed

For Turlock Area. It was very nice compared to other hotels. Staff was very helpful when i needed something. And i was welcomed and help right away. It was very clean as well. and food and other stuff is a hop and skipp away.

Lobby appears clean, modern, and smells pleasant. Room was also nice in appearance, however the pull out mattress was pretty stained and there were no extra sheets, blankets, or pillows immediately available. Keeping them in the closet would be nice and easily accessible. The water in the shower and faucet in the bathroom never got warm at all so showers were no fun. We told the front desk about the issue and they were more than willing to send someone up to take a look at the issue but we were only there for 1 night so I'm not sure if it was fixed or not. There was no offer of a discounted rate or comping anything. Breakfast was nothing to write home about but there were a few options. Overall, not a bad place and in a pinch I would stay here again but wouldn't be my first choice.

For the first time in my life and i am 72 years old and have stayed in many hotels never, never, never in my life was charged any money for checking in early, 12:30 and never had such a bad experience with people as I did at this hotel, will never stay at this hotel again. it is not the $20 it is just the principal. I was never told to pay the $20 until she checked me in. terrible experience.

Old banged up car with flat tires in parking lot, looks like it had been there a long time. Homeless person taking food (several plates and bowl fills) of food from breakfast buffet area, dirty room with long hair in bed and on pillows and table. Clogged sink and clogged toilet. Rooms dimly lit, not enough lighting. Staff was nice thoigh

Was rated excellent. It’s not. Very Very average. Dirty stained carpet and smelly. No soap in the room. Very nice employees though.

The pool was out order. The staff informed me they would let me know at 9am if the pool would open that day. At 10am the staff was extremely rude and offputting to me when I kidnly addressed them. They were very rude and did not make me feel comfortable and I was very unhappy with my stay as my trip was already not going as planned. The water then didnt work in our room so we had to go back and forth to use a different bathroom. The staff was incredibly unhelpful and I want a refund it was a terrible experience

Carpet had a lot of stains. Keys got deactivated on the second day. My son’s room had old food in the fridge. Bathroom had a lot of old stains.
Although they were quick to respind on requests. Breakfast was pretty decent.
