Comfortable with easy access to food and friends.

Property was clean with plenty of parking and easy to locate. Breakfast was what one expects of a continental breakfast, coffee in the lobby was available 24/7 and staff was friendly. However, upon checking in my reservation couldn’t be found. I had confirmation number but apparently the wrong name, and address had been added to reservation. I verified correct information and assumed the record had been corrected. We were told there would be NO housekeeping. Room was clean, beds and pillows were comfy. A weird annoying noise like water running through pipes 24/7 in room. Checking out was easy, getting a receipt for my stay was not. I asked for a receipt three times and each time I was told Expedia would give it to me. I looked at my reservation and it clearly states that property will give receipt. Called Expedia, they did email a receipt with just total cost, no other info, which by the way differed from what I paid. I needed a detailed receipt with property information and in my name so I sent them another request for a receipt. It took a couple of days for a response but I did get a receipt…with all the wrong information!!! I assumed it had been corrected at check in but it wasn’t. I sent another message asking for a corrected receipt and have yet to receive a reply or a receipt. Why is it so hard to get a proper receipt? Will not stay again.

Mediocre breakfast, bottom bed sheets did not stay tucked in, lots of flushing noises, and no hot tub.

Breakfast was very poor. Juice drinks watery. Sausage uneatable. Waffle batter poor taste. Potatoes where dry and hard. At 4:30 am I took my son to airport. When I returned the night person stated they had seen me leave with my friend. This was not my friend or new acquaintance

It was a nice Hampton Inn compared to the many that I have stayed in previously. The staff was helpful and polite and the breakfast was well managed and clean. Would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for an overnight stay in Cedar Rapids.

We had a power outage on the first morning we were there, and staff regularly checked with power company to check status. Nice rooms, even though it is a little older. Close to Panera, Chilis' an amazing Japanese restaurant - Oyama, and 30 Hop, my favorite restaurant during my stay.

Good location (close to major roadways and I-380), easy parking, quiet, clean, affordable, and good breakfast.

The room was dirty and dusty. The mattress was so poor I left with a backache. And nobody checked the room for the 3 days I stayed there.

Area is just 2 blocks from major thoroughfares for easy travel to restaurants etc.

I did not get the room I reserved and paid for and they didn’t have the decency to tell me until I got to the room and call the front desk. Pool area was a disaster, front desk staff unfriendly and breakfast was never kept up and was a total mess.

We got there at 3pm but the room was not ready. When we returned after an hour, the girl at the front desk was very pleasant with a bright smile. Check in was easy and fast! The room was great! Clean and comfortable!! Staffs are very friendly :-)

This hotel is dated. The beds are old in creek. The air conditioner was very load. I wondered if it was safe. I had to request a new blanket because mine smelled like baby spit up. The door to the bathroom was hard to open and close. We ended up staying tues thru sat. No one took our trash...ever. I had to request towels and make the beds myself everyday. The main lobby is great and breakfast is amazing. The guy constantly refills the eggs and breakfast stuff and says hi to everyone. He has an amazing personality.

Hotel is old, dirty and nothing works. Ice machine on 2nd floor broken. Vending machines not working. Staff were not professional. Desk clerk had on dirty clothes and looked homeless. There were people roaming the halls who looked like meth heads. Another guest said the room he was assigned already had people in it. Floors were dirty, sheets had not been changed on my bed and low water pressure. This was worst comfort suites I have ever stayed in. I

It was easy to get to and just off a major road that could take us quickly to other parts of town. Public spaces were well maintained, and breakfast buffet offered hot, satisfying food options that varied by day.

The interior of the hotel is clean and well-kept, but the exterior around the entrance is littered with cigarette butts.

There were a few groups staying at the hotel when we did and the breakfast items ran out. And the cooks girlfriend stayed in his running car at 6am with the music blaring for 45 min til we went to the front desk to complain. Rooms were roomy, clean and beds were wonderful.

Last minute decision, very glad to find the property and location.

The suite we stayed in was HUGE - it was truly as big as my first apartment! Super clean, beds were comfortable and the room was quiet.

Comfortable and friendly service. No microwave in room was inconvenient.

Very nice and clean hotel. Provides Breakfast. Staff is courteous. Only negative was the bed was too firm for me.

This property had a hot tub in pics but no hot tub

We had a very nice room. It was clean and well kept. We were too close to the ice machine and pool, so there was a lot of noise in the hallway. The coffee at breakfast was a bit weak too.

Great motel. Very clean and staff was very helpful. Room was great very comfortable bed and very nice bathroom with a great shower. Breakfast buffet Was outstanding large selection and very well prepared. Nice seating arrangement.

Great overnight stay!
