Great night’s sleep

The front desk lady (same person check-in & check-out) was rude to us, w em snapping at my 84 year old mom for a question she asked We got about 4 hours sleep each night due to loud banging noise coming from above and both rooms on the side until about 2am. I gave the hotel an overall 2 star rating because our room was clean and the breakfast lady was very friendly!

When we are traveling, we like to swim. The water in your pool is freezing cold not interested in going there again to freeze.

All the staff were kind and friendly! Everything was clean and modern looking.

General manager refused to help with change of plans to arrive a day early. We made the request three days prior to our scheduled stay when there were rooms available. She could not be reached until the day of our arrival She lied and said she couldn’t change our arrival date because of the Hotels.com policy. Hotels.com told us that was not true. We had to forfeit our money and pay for a different hotel because she was unavailable three days before and then lied to us and kept our money!

Everything was clean and super comfortable, and the service was awesome!! The only issue we had was when we checked in, the gal told us the total (after taxes and fees) was $204.00, plus a $30.00 dog fee, and we couldn't pay with cash until check out. I set aside a total of $234.00 in cash, so it wouldn't get spent on out trip. When we went to check out, a different woman explained to us that the total the first lady told us was Not including the taxes and fees, and the actual total was just over $260.00. Because of the confusion, the nice woman at check out discounted our total for us. Thank you so much for working with us on the issue!

Very clean. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was amazing: lots of food to choose from and neat and clean breakfast area. Soft beds. Our stay was wonderful!

When we checked in and went to our room the door was ajar. After my husband looked it over and he discovered that there was a screw missing on the latch that was on the door. We went down and told the lady that checked us in and we were told she would get it fixed if she had time. We asked her if she had a repair man and she said when he shows up. We asked her if she had another room and she said no because we needed two beds. We were disappointed and angry that we paid $211.68 for a room and the door would not close. My husband said we were going to Bomgaars in Douglas, WY to get a screw and we did. Several hours later we got back to the motel and the door was not fixed. Good thing my husband had some screws. I was in the elevator with another guest that was staying at the Sleep Inn and I mentioned I had to find a screwdriver so my husband could fix the door on our room so it would close. He had a screwdriver and they got the door fixed. We went down and told the lady that the door was fixed and my husband handed her an extra screw. I then mentioned I felt we should get a discount. She said she would make sure we got a discount. We have not seen any type of discount after paying $211.68 for our room. We will not be staying at this motel again.

Good clean decent place

Stayed here with our family(two adults, two teens, and a toddler.) we were very impressed with the size of the rooms, cleanliness, and the breakfast. Breakfast had so many options, including waffles! The staff at the breakfast were so kind and caring! Loved the coffee, tea and water in the lobby! We would definitely recommend!

The room was clean and beds were comfortable. The room was too hot for me and the a/c may not have been started yet. Discovered in the morning that I could open the window a smidge. That would have been good to know.

Hotel is very clean and easily accessible. Disappointed that were not notified that they had closed the pool and spa prior to us arriving. We had booked months ahead to celebrate our granddaughter’s 2nd birthday and wanted to be able to use the pool with her. They had no estimate of how long the pool would be inaccessible. Breakfast was better then the average continental breakfast most hotel have and breakfast staff was super sweet and friendly. One of the days housekeeping came prior to us being ready to leave the room for the day. I thought they would have checked back later that morning but instead never returned to straighten up the room.

Very dessapointed with cleaning conditions, there was dog hair on chairs, sofa, etc… a used toothpick on the carpet and dusty everywhere.

It was convenient to the Hospital & easy to navigate to & from.
