Parking was an issue. Being asked to park across a busy street, with no light or pedestrian crosswalk.

We were very disappointed. We reserved a non-smoking room and the previous person obviously smoked a great deal. The cold water side of the bathroom faucet would not even give us a drip of water. And the bathroom sink light did not work at all.

I did not like how it smelled

These people are liars and thiefs they stole $270 dollars from me they put me in a room that smells like cigarettes and then said i smoked i dont even smoke.

House Keeping is a bit aggressive. The housekeeper knocked once and opened the door. After explaining we were not checking out yet she then left. Not even 20 min later they were back at the door.

They refused to let a young adult check in that had his car towed and issues time, left him sleeping in car with a paid room

The activation of the card key failed two times, I had to be up and down until the front-desk lady went up to the room with me. The furniture especially the mattress and the carpet need to be updated. The bathtub could be cleaner.

The rooms were clean. But the hallways were dirty

It was very dirty, the carpet had so many stains and the walls were filthy. The pillows were horrible. And the shower head had mildew and rust. Just terrible.

We checked in and were given room keys for the 2nd floor then told the elevator was out of order and we'd have to lug all of our luggage to the 2nd floor via the stairs. When we told the clerk that wasnt going to work she said she would have to call a manager to give us a refund but the manager was conveniently not there or answering the phone. We asked about a discount and was told no. The clerk should have told us about the elevator before check in and ask if we wanted a room on the 1st floor. But indtead we had to suggest it to her. We ended up in a crappy room on the first floor...lights in the bathroom are out....lamp next to the bed doesnt work...the shower panel is horribly cracked snd fixed with a shoddy repair and the window was unlocked and partially open when we walked in. This property obviously needs alot of tlc..thank goodness we are only here for one night. Comfort inn...you need to get this hotel up to par...we stayed in comfort inns for our entire spring break with great experience up until now.

It was above average for the price. I enjoyed my stay.

The bathtub was in poor condition and was in need of repair. The carpet had several stained areas.

shower head was broken off & tied on with a shoestring. wall below was rotting from water. water sprayed all over the room & floor. took 20 towels dry it. that hotel was supposedly under new management. reception "knew" nothing about the shower and rotting wall, & claimed someone slept there previous nite. obviously, housekeeping had been told to not report it. NOT like comfort inns i've stayed in before! refund needed!!

Water pipe bust as i was checking in so i spent time without water.

Our stay was good. Hotel seems older, needs cosmetic things fixed but it was fine.

It was quiet, even being located next to major highway.

My room was very dirty. Bed was clean but didn’t realize the rooms are pretty old and bathroom also old. I ended up with a handicap room, though I didn’t ask for it. Carpet was filthy and small sofa in room also filthy. I couldn’t sit on it and had to use sandals the whole time. Only bright spot was being able to buy water in lobby and free breakfast in morning. Would never stay there again

Clean. Easy to check in. Key card didn't work at first.

AC dont cool enough. Carpet was dirty Light out in swimming pool with rat sightings in pool area. Vending machines dont work. No syrup for waffles in the am.

The staff was very friendly the rooms were clean it was just a great stay overall

The property was clean, well maintained, the rooms were exceptionally comfortable and a welcome rest for a weary traveler! Breakfast was as expected, fresh fruit available .

This hotel was very clean. Staff was amazing. They were very helpful to us and even went out of their way to help when they could.
