The overall stay was ok. The bathroom had toothpaste in the sink, a stain in the bathtub, and the shower head needed to be cleaned. Beds were hard. Make sure you test the outlets for charging electronics. Several outlets were tied to the light switch, therefore when the lights were off the outlets didn’t work. Different rooms had different tvs and remotes. Only certain buttons on the remote worked. Good location for restaurants. Friendly staff.

The room looked like it was not clean. When I try to take a shower for the night the shower did not want to work for me so I try to take a bath but the water kept on draining out. The desk chair was broken. And when my husband and I shut the main door the only thing that secure the door was the lock.
Overall it sucked and the person that was at the front desk didn’t care and did not give us a refund or try to do anything about it.

The room look nice upon arrival but as the evening wore on I noticed several issues. The outlet at the desk didn't work and there was a drink/coffee spill on the wall next to the desk. The outlet behind chair didn't work, either. There was soap left in the shower and I discovered that the Power turns off when you flip the light switch at the door/at the nightstand. You can not charge devices because of this. I had to unplug the tv from behind the entertainment center ti charge my phone and smartwatch but I couldn't also charge my work laptop. While the cleaning staff was very nice, they kept taking towels and not replacing them. On my last night, I saw and killed a baby cockroach in the bathroom.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Property is in desperate need of renovations. Toilet was leaking. Staff fixed it.

Room was clean and comfy. Located near good restaurants. Hot breakfast was good. scrambled eggs, sausage, bacon, waffles, cereal, breads, milk, juices, coffee. Clean area.

Check out is 11 am. Cleaning staff tried opening my door, after a brief knock, at 9:30 am. They did it again at 10:30. Both times, I told them I was in the room.
Sleeping in is part of a pleasurable trip. The staff here took away part of our morning, which I paid for. Very frustrated.

Good place to get some sleep but the place needs a face lift. TVs are on some kind of app or something. I had to let my TV adjust itself till i could see it. Wasn't the tv but the signal. Carpets were badly worn. Need was comfortable and the shower in my room worked very well. The breakfast was pretty good as well. They had the waffle machine. They also had cereal, bagels and yogurt. If you can get the city view rooms it is s nice view. I reserved a city view room but they have me the parking lot view instead.

The elevator broke down on the day I arrived I was on the 4th floor. I stayed a total of 3 days and 2 nights but was in and out quite a bit. The toilet seat was broken. I did call down to the front desk the first day and there was no answer. I forgot to tell them the following days and when I got home there was a $20 charge to the credit card I gave them. When I contacted the Hotel after my flight that evening the girl said I would have to talk to the manager the next day. I tried to call the hotel several times. Each time the phone was picked up and set aside. I could hear people in the back ground. No one would talk. Don't stay here. The customer service is not good at all.

Booked the room, got to the hotel to check in and there were no rooms available, they stated they would send my money back and waive the cancellation fee. Only the cancelation fee was waived. $190.45 has yet to be refunded to my bank account.

My room had a horrible smell in it. I mean horrible. The television did not work at all. Don't know no anyone's name but didn't feel comfortable.

We visited Forth Worth for a concert at the Dickies Arena. The location is convenient since there are restaurants near by, shopping centers, even a movie theater less than 5 minutes away. The best part for us was that we could bring our 55lb. dog with us since this hotel is pet friendly! We had a pleasant stay over all.

Room smelled. They did not clean once in our 4 day stay. Floor in bathroom and entryway turned the towels black with footprints.

Customer service was excellent. All of the staff were polite, friendly and eager to help. Breakfast was delicious. Pool and hot tub were very nice.

I really enjoyed my 3 day stay. I was having anxiety on leaving my doggie back at home so decided last minute to take him and the staff was super nice about it.
Staff was super friendly as well, breakfast was really good! I definitely will stay again when I take a trip back to Dallas

When we first entered the room there was a very very fowl smell. Even after spraying Frebreeze the smell didn’t go away. The room tables were filthy and very dusty as if the room hadn’t been cleaned or rented in a few days. The t.v. had a dark spot in the middle of the picture, and To top it off when I took a shower there was no hot water in the shower. I probably won’t ever stay there again.

Our 3rd time staying at this location. Everything was excellent! The pool railings by both stairs need to be fixed but that is my only concern for this time.

Liked everything. Especially enjoyed the clean pool. Sign said, please do not make puddles of water on floor” leafing to/from pool. However, no towels were provided at the pool site.

With my own linen. The chair in the room had several stains on it along with the comforter. The location is perfect! It is next to the freeway so everything you could possibly need is just an exit away.
I only stayed one night so it met my needs.
