It was good no complaints here

I arrived at the hotel super-late, like 1 am. I had a smooth check-in, with a friendly desk clerk, and a clean, comfortable room. The ice machine on the second floor didn't work, but that was a minor inconvenience. I have stayed at this hotel before, and have come to expect a good experience. I was not disappointed.

I had holes in my bathroom

I usually don't write these, because I'm truly not the complaining type and I'm so easy to please but here we are. I'm a divorced dad, live in a different city and therefore get hotel rooms every other weekend. My requirements are simple: be relatively safe, clean, and provide the basic essentials I would expect for me and my two pre teen kids. Sometimes we get one bed, where i'd sleep on the floor sometimes two beds. Never in my visits was I ever have the front clerk demand how many people are sleeping in and tell me that me and two small children are too many people, and it's against Texas law. That would mean quite literally every hotel I visited have been doing it wrong, and they are the only ones to get it right. I would've been less annoyed if they said it was just their policy but against the law!? So I tried to let this go, and pay for the upcharge of two beds. Then I was told they only took cash only deposits. Once again, many check-ins, never experienced that before. After a long back and forth of explaining how card holds worked for every other hotel in the past 20 years, I had to to suck it up, and pay all the extra fees to use their atm to get out cash for the $50 deposit. However the greatest offense was when I checked out. In order for me to get my $50 back they needed to inspect my room. Inspect my room! I haven't had that treatment since I lived in the barracks 20 years ago! This experience annoyed me but this final send off was deeply offensive.

The bathtub was clogged. The AC didn’t work and they didn’t wanted to change me to another room. Because I did the check in at 8:30pm and I complained at 12:30. The front desk person said I should have checked everything when I did the check in. Absurd.

It was a nightmarish day that I never want to experience again. Everything was terrible.

Extremely rude and inconsiderate staff.

I paid for three nights and they didn't refund it after I couldn't stand it for more than two hours in that disgusting place, apart from the very terrible staff. If you want to confirm my review go to Google, but it's okay to steal that money from me, you lose more. And with Expedia it is not the first time that I lose money, since they do not help solve any problem like this when they present something great in their photos and the reality is very different. so I will never use this app to book or buy flights again.

Sheets were dirty and exhaust did not work. Found baby cockroach dead in the washroom. Otherwise staff was good. Quiet and amneties provided.

Every thing was good

There was a cigarette burn on the chair. The blankets and towels were rough. I didn’t feel safe there.

I was only there for a night but I can't say that there was anything remotely bad about my stay.

Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. There were stains on the carpet, sheets and pillow cases. The tub was yellow. The employees were rude. This pace shouldn’t be listed as a place to stay!

The property smelled of urine, was difficult to get to and had poor room conditions. At the start we were charged an extra “hotel fee” which came with no explanation just that it had to be paid or we couldn’t stay. The room smelled of marihuana and was dim, the lights didn’t work, shower was dirty and the mattress had blood stains.

Breakfast was terrible, muffins are days old, diluted coffee, no napkins, lost 2 personal items left in the room

Have stayed here a few times. Seems to be older facility but clean. Last stay was not so good upon initial check in. Only 3 cars in parking lot so plenty of available rooms. Was put in raggedy room. Lights hanging by wires, toilet shakey, no cord on phone, room dark and uninviting. They eventually gave me a better room but was very frustrating.

If you pay cheap you get cheap. Besides that, the smell of smoking in the rooms is awfull

The manager was very nice but the other staff was very rude an unhelpful they even talk to you bad

Horrible hospitality! From the moment we arrived, the front desk was so rude. Front desk is hardly ever there to help. Requested a new hair blower the first day because the one in my room wasn’t working. Her response was “ I can’t help you, come back in the morning”. I then came back in the morning, and there was a man there, he then asked me to give him an hour to get access to the house keeping closet. I politely said no problem. I came back hours later and he said he can’t help me either. Due to the hair blower and being itchy, I requested a new room (still being polite), they refused that too. Their version of complimentary breakfast was stale cereal and toast. I used their atm to get cash to use THEIR vending machine and he said they don’t give change. All of that just to get expired popcorn, no refund for that either. Pool was closed the entire time, when asked him when it would be open, he said he needs to check the pool to see if it’s clean, Never did that. There was a weird guy standing on the side of the building for hours, after some time, I looked out my window, just to see him peeing on the building. Th side entrances were full of cups, socks, and cigarette buds, even had a small empty liquor bottle on the steps. House keeping only came on night 3 out of 3. They were quick to ask for a deposit based off any possible damages when the rooms already come with damages. Overall the staff made it such an uncomfortable bad experience for my first time visiting Texas!

We only stayed one night so it is hard to give a good or bad review. The bed was comfortable. The room seemed a bit dated. We had an ADA unit with a roll in shower but no chair to sit on. I'm not sure if they need to supply the chair, but it would be a good idea. My wife doesn't shower in her chair. Overall, i was happy with the facility and people there.

I woke up at 3am really itchy. More than likely bed bugs. Horrible

They are extremely nice family

The free breakfast was cereal and toast. Half of the outlets didn’t work. The gym was always locked. Staff was friendly and helpful for the most part, but the place itself left a lot to be desired

Cleanness

I found bedbugs in my bed I woke up with bites all over my body. The stuff are friendly but location is dirty, smells weed and cigarettes in the hall to the rooms and breakfast is limited. Not a good stay at all

The room was perfect and the price was great. The breakfast was slim but still was stocked.
