Everything about this was awful. We arrived late after having attended a high school event that ended late. The expectation was to ring a bell and stand outside in freezing temperatures. The attendant only cracked the window while I stood outside and shivered. The outside of the place is filthy and has cigarettes and various other trash littered around in front of the doors. The inside of the room was dirty and there were holes in the walls and several patched but not painted walls. The heater in the room sounded like a jet engine. The bed was uncomfortable and the pillows sized for a toddler. Even though this was the ONLY room left in Riverton, I’d rather drive anywhere else for a better place to stay.

Wow. Officially the worst hotel we have ever seen. There were limited hotel options due to big wrestling tournament so we didn’t have much choice. The towels were shredded. Bed sheets more than stained with huge blob of paint spilled on one sheet. And the walls had many drywall patches but not painted over. There was black mold in the shower. We bought bleach to clean the shower. And it certainly appeared that the carpet had not been vacuumed and very dirty refrigerator. Yuk.

No continental breakfast. Room was dirty. Sheets and bedding were stained. Room was full of unpainted drywall repairs. Toilet was dirty. Pillows had hair on them. The list goes on. Terrible.

It was dirty and run down. When I made the reservation, it claimed breakfast in the morning, which they didn't have. Not to mention that dispte my booking, the motel couldn't even get my reservation right. Total waste. In fact, it is highly unlikely I will ever make a reservation with Expedia again.

This property is clearly undergoing renovation, evidence of this in our room… but the bathroom was clean and the bed comfortable. There was a strong smell which I think was possibly from someone have smoked in there… it was a non-smoking room so hopefully that was a one-off and people who smoke often don’t seem to realise how strong the smell is! It could have been something else and I think when all the renovations are complete it will be a comfortable motel… received a friendly welcome. There is no breakfast or laundry at the moment. Good price for what we got.

Do not stay here!! It is so dirty and torn apart. The chair in our room was destroyed. The walls had spackling everywhere. The toilet didn’t flush and the sink didn’t drain. The beds were like bricks. The area was sketchy as well. The front desk man was awesome though!

When I walked in the room it had a funky, musky scent to it. The stairs leading up to the second floor had raggedy, torn up carpet with cigarette butts all over. Not a very inviting place to relax for a weary traveler. Room had damage to the walls from fist punches or intentional other object damage that someone put sparkle on to call it acceptable to rent out. A lot of shady characters on site. Watch your valuables!

This was the worst maintained franchise motel we stayed at during our 18- day trip. The desk clerk was friendly but the room #211) was very bad. Please tell me that Rodeway Inns are not supposed to be as run down as this one.

This was hands down the most disgusting, filthy hotel I have ever stayed in. First off, I requested non smoking g and got a smoking room. The place stunk and there were burn marks on the counters (more associated with drug use). I requested another room and could not be accommodated. The bed was so gross that I went out and bought my own sheets to put on top of the gross bed. The chair in the room was torn. Place was totally moldy. Looks like it had never been cleaned. I stayed 2 nights only because there was nothing else available and I was playing in a golf tournament and needed to be close to the course. I checked out after 2 nights when another hotel had a vacancy and requested a refund. Hotels.com could not get in touch with the property so looks like I will eat the last night. Just awful. Should be condemned. Like a crack house. Customer service sorely lacking as well. Do yourself a favor and don’t even consider this filthy dump. Next time I will book ahead and not get stuck in such a filthy dump.

The sheets had stains on them. We asked them to change the beds the next day and they said they didn't have any housekeepers around but we could change our own sheets. Cobwebs in the corners of every room. The pictures from the website look nothing like the actual rooms.

Got in the suite that was supposed to have 3 beds and only had 2 and a pull out sofa. The sofa was so close to the bed it couldn’t pull out. It was so dirty and gross, we wouldn’t even let our child sit on it. The room stunk so bad that my 8 year old noticed. The mirror was gross and it just felt dirty. The property was filthy inside and out. There was a big dog in another room that charged my son, barked, and scared him. Car alarms went off at 3am. I’m very disappointed and will not be staying here again. Paid $166.50 for 2 nights. Please stay away from this place.

This was the worst motel I ever stayed in. The room was not totally clean, the towels were mismatched and stained, the ice machine was broken and there was no coffee.

Horrible experience! People above us were walking, and making noises non-stop all night long! We couldn’t take it anymore and had to get up at 3am in the morning to leave because it was absolutely unbearable. As soon as we turn the lights on and started getting ready to leave, the upstairs got quite all of a sudden. My boyfriend said they probably were doing some drugs. They also had some “watch” people who were outside at 3am watching us leave! Do not stay there! Very creepy and horrible place!
