The Holiday Inn Express Richfield UT is about 12 years old. The room is spacious and the beds comfortable. The noisy in-suite refrigerator kept us awake at night, but was switched out with another one when we notified the front desk. Also the tub drain was plugged but that was looked after by the front desk. The breakfast choice of food was good. One thing that all hotels offering free breakfast need to do is to reduce plastic waste by switching over to washable cutlery and dish ware or to a type of compostable product.

Was decent hotel, cost more than others in the town but not up to standards of Holiday Inn Express just due to being older. Sheets and bedding were nice cotton, which is really good feature. No little convenience store to buy snacks if you are arriving late. Vending machine.

This was truly one of the nicest Holiday Inn Express properties at which I have ever stayed! My husband and I were traveling from the Denver area to Palm Springs and simply needed a nice, clean hotel to stay at after our first day of driving. However, this hotel really exceeded my expectations. The front desk staff person who checked us in was exceptionally pleasant and professional (Korrina) and everything about this hotel was just above and beyond. The room was a little larger, depth-wise, than most hotel rooms, the beds were super comfy and the linens were also really nice, very clean and soft. The full-service breakfast, which was included, was very good. The breakfast area was well-maintained and the food service was also excellent, well-stocked, clean, hot food, etc. Our stay at the Holiday Inn Express in Richfield was an unexpected pleasure and treat. It really was a nice treat after our long drive that day. Way to go, HIE ~ Richfield!

Staff was very welcoming and professional. Hotel was clean and parking lot was well lit at night. Plenty of room to park truck and trailer. Morning breakfast was great, both food and coffee quality and taste was excellent.

Check in was easy, front desk staff friendly and knowledgeable. Room was comfortable. Sofa in room needed to be replaced. Would recommend and stay there again.

Property and services are average. Breakfast needs improvement. They really need to stop making omeletes from egg pre-mix. Using real egg for breakfast is really required in every hotel. Most important meal of the day, huh?

We needed a room overnight during travel and it was clean and just like the photos. The young man at the front desk was so nice, patient, and helped us get checked in without any issues. It smelled so good when I walked in the lobby and also very clean. Will definitely stay again!

I would recommend this hotel. I will be staying here traveling from Colorado to California from now on.

The side door didn't work with my room key for entry so I had to walk around the building (parking is tight at night). The path from the side door to the main entrance was a sidewalk that had a section that wasn't level with the rest. I tripped, didn't hit the ground, but that definitely needs to be fixed. Other than that, this is my favorite hotel to stay when travel from West to Midwest.
