This is one of my favorite hotels on the planet. It's located in the heart of idyllic Yountville and you can walk across the street to Bouchon Bakery or down the street to Bistro Jeanty. The staff are exceptional from the moment you check in to the moment you leave, you will have all your needs met and then others you didn't even realize existed.

The best in Yountville. We love not only everything about the our room and service ( free mini bar is so good for the family) but also Lucy the restaurant, the food is heavenly.

Before I booked my reservation, I was unaware that the pool and amenities were closed, and had I known, I would've booked elsewhere. When the concierge at the front desk relayed this information she looked at me in disgust. The manage, Nick, was also very apathetic as opposed to how I witnessed him treating white people from London. It was okay. Not worth 3k for 3 nights.

Words cannot say what a wonderful experience we had. All the staff we encountered from the check in , valet, person who walked us to the room and all the staff around the property, everyone was very nice. Special shout out to the front desk and valet, I wished I remembered all your names but you were all great. You have become one of our favorite hotels to stay in! Area was great , rooms and beds huge and comfortable, free bikes to use and valet was always quick and kept you hydrated !! Stay here on your next adventure. You will feel like you traveled someone far. We wished we were able to stay here longer!!

First-time luxury hotel experience in my life out of my own pocket for our anniversary. Environment, service and everything is great. Just felt too expensive for me. But I have to admit that too expensive is my problem, not hotel's problem. I wish someday in the future I can earn more money and spend more time with beloved ones in Bardessono, like those low-key rich people.

The best service eeeeeeever!!!! The hotel staff went above and beyond for my wife and i. They finish sentences with "is their anything else I can do for you sir" 👏 so many great qualities that I can't mention them all. Not 1 flaw, thanks burdessono for an amazing anniversary vacation

The hotel is centrally located in Yountville. The grounds are well maintained and the landscaping in beautiful. The rooms are larger than a standard hotel room and have private patios.
During our stay, the electricity went out for 40 minutes. The entire hotel was dark. There was no staff available to speak with neither by phone or in person. The hotel phones did not work, so we couldn’t call the front desk and when we used our cell phones to call the hotel, the hotel’s phone system was down.
Given the nightly rate of this hotel, I would expect better service.

The place is amazing - and what makes it truly special is the personnel - they remember you from the moment you check in - and not just the face - but your likes and preferences. Then everywhere you go you are greeted by a friendly employee.
Hotel amenities are great too - we really enjoyed the pool and relaxing by the fire table.

The property is nicely located, Breakfast is perfect, the staff is very friendly, while the amenities should be improved in the rooms. for the high price requested the conditions and functionality of the gadgets should not be an issue.

When I was booking the room online, it showed a different views. When I got the room, it was different. I was a bit disappointed, but overall the room was still gorgeous and very clean. The stuff was very attentive and welcoming. I’d come back again
