Staff is very helpful!

The bed was extremely comfortable and it made for a great night's sleep. What more can you ask for in a hotel, right?

Rooms could use some updating. Beds were okay the issue we had was the noise. Walls are so thin you can hear conversations, tvs, everything

Clean. A little worn. Clerk couldn't messed up his password and couldn't check us out or other people in as we were trying to leave.

Great breakfast and clean rooms, very quiet place. No recycle bins on the property. Weird wiring on how the bathroom light works… the hallway light has to be turned on in order for the bathroom light to work! ( imagine someone needs to go to the bathroom in the middle of the night… whole room is lit up!) For our room in particular the microwave was weak, could not make any popcorn. The lock in the bathroom didn’t work. The faucet was very splashy when first open.

Nice place, with very friendly, courteous, and helpful staff. Breakfast was alright. If it was just in place other than the Houston area.... it would be even better.

The sofa bed was still open when i walked into the room so i just tucked it back in. The toilet had brown water stains . This was not the best of hotels. The ac leaked on the carpet.

All the staff persons were very, very nice.The room was what I reserved. It smelled clean and was clean. Everything was great. The A/C was on already and was COLD, which was nice. Everything in the room worked. The room looked nicely decorated. The hotel wasn’t too busy for a Sun & Mon.which meant we had the sparkling swimming pool virtually to ourselves as well as the fitness room. The breakfast was super due to the various foods offered. And the coffee was the best, loved it. There are all kinds of shopping places and restaurants nearby also.

I enjoyed most of my sleeping time, rooms are super clean housekeeping does an amazing job. Front desk and staff very helpful and extra friendly so professionals. Felicia, Rose and Veronica are astonishing! I would definitely come there for future night rest.

The space was nice, but the bed was terrible. The AC filters were filthy, the bathroom light was difficult to figure out (there were two switches).

We arrived and were checked in by Rose. She was as friendly as can be and very professional. It was my first time staying at this hotel chain and I was pleasantly surprised. It was very clean. To be fair we stayed on the 1st floor so we did not see any other floors nor did we visit any other amenities. Everything was great until we went to breakfast the next morning. One of the reasons I chose this hotel was because of the breakfast picture on the website. It can truly be a great breakfast, but you need to come way before they stop at 9:00 am. Seems their goal is to have everything put away by 9:00. The lady was not concerned about if the guest had enough breakfast until 9. My daughter arrived at about 8:35 and they were out of waffle mix and it was not replaced. My daughter made us the last 2 waffles by having to take the plastic container and drip enough to finish our waffles. There were no potatoes. She did restock the sausage. People were coming down and there was no effort to make sure they had food. They were ignored. I went to refill our juice cups a couple minutes after 9:00 and the juice machine was turned off. I asked if they were out of juice and she said no, it is after 9. You get my point. No one was rude, just make sure you are early for breakfast because, in the last 30 minutes, you may not have a great selection from an already slim selection. I would stay here again, I know now not the be late for breakfast.

Hotel is old and need major upgrades. Room smells like it has mold

I liked the front desk attendant. She was very efficient, personable, calm, and patient. The television was t working in the room I was assigned to, so she moved me to a different room and everything there was fine. I recently worked in hotel/hospitality interior design and noticed several things within my guest room that needed structural and/or cosmetic updates. Other than that, it is a nice property.
