Property feels old and dated but is clean. Ice machine, pool were both broken. But for the price it's nice. Air in rooms works well, showers are strong.

We always stay here when we come home. Couldn’t get the air conditioner to cool properly. Yes we sleep with the ac on when it’s cold outside. The bed was super comfortable. And we only had one trash can for our room.

The sheets smelled like mildew. Floors were nasty and looked like they hadn't been vacuumed in a long time. TV is rigged for using. Rooms was stuffy upon entry. Hot tub not working, appearance was not the same as internet

The hotel serves its purpos and doesn't break the bank. This is the first time our room smelled musty/damp. This is a no-frills hotel however the staff is very friendly.

One of the most disappointing stays. Aside from being rundown, the floors were filthy and unlevel…found a dead roach in the bathroom. The refrigerator and microwave didn’t work. A couple of the front desk staff were pleasant, but the owner was not nice at our checkout. We left a day early and he refused to refund our card for that day and got belligerent and called us liars when we told him why we were unhappy with the room. I do NOT recommend this property at all!

The customer service was great. The hotel is old and cheap. They keep the hotel very clean. There is not much to eat nearby, but College Station is a 20 minute drive away. I would call it a 2 star hotel. At the back of the parking lot are RV parking spots, which may be used to charge batteries for boaters.

We were in town for one night visiting family. The bed was comfortable but the air conditioning wasn’t working properly.

I checked into a room around midnight and left by 1:30, the room was filthy like they hadn't vacuumed in weeks, there were roaches and bed bugs in the room and then they wouldn't refund any of my money! I wouldn't recommend anyone staying here and will be contacting their corporate office if all else fails atleast to get the facility improved or closed down

Our room was nice and very clean, the property was also vey clean. The staff were all very nice. It was just an overall comfortable experience. Would stay there again.

the room was clean and cool when we arrived. the hallway was a musty smell.the breakfast area could use an update.maybe some boiled eggs or fresh fruit.

I walked in with a dog.
fine but the room I was put in smelled of urine.
I went back up front and said my dog will not be honorable inter behavior in this room.
I was quickly changed rooms for the better.
and housekeeping was sent into the other room asap.

Very convenient and comfortable. Rebecca was very friendly and providing. She went above and beyond her duties to ensure we were able to get to and from our event on Saturday evening. We enjoyed our stay and will be back.

The receptionist was very pleasant and accommodating since we had a very late check-in. The room was terrible - there were stains on the walls, on the sheets and tiles were broken in the bathroom. The Inn definitely needs in upgrade inside.

Would never stay here again. Room are disgusting. Roach in the room, carpet dirty and damp, smell like cat urine, night stand had semen stain. Never again.

The bed was comfortabe. The shower curtain was falling out of the wall. The shower head leaked. The room was half painted and the tv didn't work.

I had a great time, the people there are always very nice and pleasant. I love the size of the room, even with a King size bed there is still room for other things than 2 nightstands. I would definitely recommend this motel to others.

Probably should be expected at the only hotel in town. Check in person needs to work on customer service skills. Hotel is run down and needs a make over for sure. Room was musty, dirty and had odor. A/C was filthy, on closer inspection I’m guessing filters hadn’t been changed in quite sometime. I’d avoid this hotel and make the extra drive from nicer properties in Brenham.

We stayed in second floor, as soon as you step out of the elevator it has a very musky odor. The room is not like in pictures, it's dark and as a result filth stands out immediately. Definitely I will not come back.

This is the second time that I was placed in a room on a freezing night that the heater was not working which happened at 2 am in the morning. When I called to notify them they said that they knew there was problems with the heater and did I want to change rooms. There were hardly any rooms occupied, but they put me in a room with problems.

Signed in at 2pm, left maybe around midnight. I was just there to meet relatives. The clerk at the desk was very friendly/helpful/informative. He made sure to wave us off and let me know, everything as far as the room was good since there was a pet involved.

I had to book my room through another website to get a cheaper rate because the hotel personnel would not honor the lower rate as they have done in the past with no problem. Check in was easy. Friendly front desk staff. Nice clean room. When i went to check out there was no one attending the front desk and no coffee was made for guests. I have stayed there every year for 11 years and never had this happen. The great service i have always had in the past was not there this trip.

The dirtiest hotel I’ve stayed at. The sheets had stains. The towels weren’t clean and we went to Walmart and bought our own. The sink was dirty, the shower was dirty and the housekeeping loves to vacuum at all hours of the morning and night. The staff is also very noisy and kind of rude -2/10

There are not many properties to stay at around Round Top and unfortunately, we chose the worst one. It was dirty, smelled like mold and there was an active water leak in our shower ceiling. I have videos of it. The owner should be ashamed of himself. He was there, lighting incense to cover the mold smell in the lobby. Disgusting property and never again will we stay here.

The room had an odor. My white socks were filthy from walking on the carpet.
The breakfast was almost nonexistent. Cereal, toast, and instant grits but they didn’t have any salt to go on the grits. There was a waffle iron, but there was no waffle batter. A guest asked the employee who was texting on his cell phone and propped up against the desk about not seeing any waffle batter. The ‘employee nodded his head toward the checkin desk to indicate that the waffle batter was kept at the desk so that people had to ask for it.
