Superb experience

Hskp staff opened mu room door while the DND sign was on.

This property is remote and therefore very quiet. One can hear natural sounds and chirping of birds and insects. Very relaxing. However, if one is looking for varied activities schedule your trip during the peak times. Hardly any activities to keep one occupied...except swimming in the ocean and in the three swimming pools around the property. Overall if one is looking to just kick back and relax this is the place to be.

A great experience , service and the staff were admirable. Our rooms were upgraded to seafront, which made our stay more exceptional . Will definitely consider coming back.

The check in/out process took a long time, but good thing the front desk staffs were very approachable and accommodating. They might needed an additional front desk personnel to accomodate all the customers efficiently. That’s the only concern I can think of, otherwise everything was perfect. I would definitely come back.

The booking was for pacific view but our room is garden view. The general manager is very arrogant!

We had a nice view of the beach in our room. Our room was clean. The location was great. I appreciate the use of local materials made by association (sleepers and bayong for wet clothes) We enjoyed the snorkeling and wind surfing. Very accommodating staff. Chocolate mouse was delicious. However, sizzling sisig was overcooked in the hot plate. Overall, so far the best family trip.

Peaceful very unique resort all activities was amazing. We’re planning to go back there again next of our vacation a bit expensive but is worth it.

Liked the salt water pool, relaxing atmosphere but the villa where we stayed had no water at night and staff take to long to fix the issue

Great view and quiet

No late check out even though the resort is 75% empty - Jude says the hotel is fully booked well in fact another staff said there are only 40 customers staying in the resort at that time. The bathroom is clogged and the shower is not working properly. No sinigang available whole day. But it is noteworthy to know that Jhay gave us attentive service. He is a great addition to the team. I’ve stayed in many legacy and luxury resorts around the world - Bali, Maldives etc so I know how service should be done. Overall, Misibis is just good but it could’ve been better.

It is isolated with no local color at all, one could be in any resort accommodation and cannot distinguish this from the others.

This resort is paradise. Fantastic views are plentiful. Staffs are so accommodating...we were pampered! Definitely will return with more family/friends. Misibis Rocks!!!

Always a great stay here. My kids love this place and always sad to leave. We had our wedding here and been coming back since. Unfortunately this time the wifi was not working in the Pacific View rooms. However, with one issue I still don’t mind. We’ll definitely come back here everytime we are visiting the Philippines.

OVERVIEW Overall a very relaxing stay if you are just looking for a relaxing stay away the city life and just want to get away for a few days. But if your main goal is to relax on the beach, then this isn't one of the best ones, as the sand is not very fine. ROOM We were able to stay in the Pacific View Room on the 3rd floor and the view when waking up is just pristine. I would find myself just staring out the window and having a cup of coffee without a worry in the world. STAFF Stong point was the staff was polite and very accommodating to all our needs. FOOD The food was just alright for the most part. I did like the breakfast buffet selections for the 3 days we stayed there. They have the staple go-to items (eggs, omelette, pancakes and waffles, bread with butter or assortment of cheese, while mixing up the mains from day to day. There was nothing special with their ala carte menu to note.

Facilities were great and well maintained. Room was very spacious and clean. Staff were very helpful especially those in the restaurant. One drawback from our perspective is the fact that the place was isolated and far from other local places.

The resort is very good for relaxation. The staff was very friendly and approachable. The food was not that great. Needs more food choices. The beach area was nice but few rocks needs to be remove from the swimming area.

The service could have been better... it's true that they tell you to check out early but you can always say if you're staying until 12 nn... we got an extra roll out bed but it was full of bugs... they don't seem to change the sheets on the beds... you have to ring for cleanup...

Stayed in one of the luxury villas. We got our own private pool facing the beach! Plus we have our own nespresso! We enjoyed our stay but it's waaaaaay too far from Manila. We travelled 16 hours from QC.

I received the warmest welcome here at Misibis. Staff are nice, polite, etc. However, you may be marooned at this place so better align your budget as some items are very pricey.

Inside the room was ok but outside the room was dirty, we can see the moulds & other dirt because they have this glass wall on the sofa. I was expecting a wood flooring but instead it was a tiles. It has also some leaks on the window. On the shower, water will drip outside because it cannot be totally closed. for short need maintenance & repainting. Service was just so so. The beach was awful. Food was also so so

We followed-up the front desk for more than 5 calls regarding our extra linen and pillow, it was only serve when we saw a housekeeper near on our rooms and asked him regarding our request. It was already around 8pm in the evening but we requested it around 2pm.

Overwhelming trip to reach the hotel, nice view around, quite and an enjoyable place to stay. My family did enjoy well. Keep it up.

We booked a garden view villa and it was nice but the aircon unit was not working properly. They transferred us to a villa by the sea where the view was spectacular. Nice room, good food, great variety of water sports, courteous staff! A get-away indeed!

Stayed after the Holy week April 2014.First the food is terrible and way overpriced. what makes an excellent5 star rating is also the food.People will pay for excellent food and service.There is no entertainment aside from the casino.there should be some form of band or show to unwind .The beach is not good at all they have to put up stones I guess to break the waves and unsightly bamboo poles and beach is not big either.Sand is rough and beach activities are again overpriced.They have no 110 volts or adapters for use for I Phones I pad from people from abroad.Mosquitoes in the villa which should have been fumigated before the guests ararived.I booked for 5 rooms for my wifes realtives.I was Excited to visit seems very nice on the web but really lacking and disappointing visit.If anything The big 3 that should be improved is the quality of food the meats and seafood seems to have been sitting in the freezer for a few days,a main hotel lobby where people can mingle and lastly some form of entertainment.They can Learn from all inclusive resorts from Mexico,Carribean and carry over there.There is great potential for this Resort.BUT Would not recommend nor Return if no changes.This Place is very expensive but people will pay for excellent food,amenities.Hope the management listens I would rather spend my money there and help local economy and country than elsewhere.Sorry for the poor review but need to be up to standard to in comparison to other international Resorts.

Very slow service in the restaurant. Food not impressive for a five star hotel........very poor.
