The room was clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. I came in late and all the parking spaces were full, but the staff showed me an acceptable place to park by the back wall. The room was clean, bed was comfortable, room furniture seemed new, no funky odors. The room had a refrigerator, coffee maker and hair dryer. I took off one cleanliness star for a couple stray hairs in the bathroom but honestly I find the same in five star hotels. As long as I don’t find them in the bed I’m fine. The bed was comfy, not lumpy, sheets were clean and smelled fresh. The hotel itself was very quiet. The blackout drapes, quiet room and 11 AM checkout time let me sleep in after a late night. Globe doesn’t offer much in the way of fancy lodging but this is about as good as it gets. I’d out it on par with the Holiday Inn Express, which is my other favorite place in town. The Holiday Inn has electric car chargers and a hotel format, the Best Western has free breakfast, lower rates, and gated parking in the back. Will stay here again.

Always a comfortable stay. Staff is warm and helpful. Adore the hot breakfasts made by Linda, such a sweet character and shows dedication to her job. Appreciate the quiet time enforcement, ensuring you’ll get a quiet evening to wind down. Beautiful view.

Excellent option in Globe, AZ. The staff was friendly, location convenient and the facility appeared to have been recently renovated. I appreciated the fenced-in parking area.

The hotel was clean if a bit out-dated. The pool and hot tub were not open during our stay and the lobby was too small to encourage relaxing there so the only space was really just your room. Breakfast was good but a bit different in that all the hot foods were kept behind a glass wall and were served up for you by a very pleasant woman.

The check in was pleasant, and efficient. This hotel has 2 floors stairs only, front desk was very accommodating placing us on the ground floor. Rooms and bathroom is very clean. Bed is comfortable.

Bed was comfortable, quite for sleeping, clean, staff nice, offered to change rooms when unable to take bath due to no plug for tub, king room had small couch & table, had desk as well, Denny's right there for food, easy access for hwy as well. We were happy with our short stay here at the Copper Hills Best Western. Thank you.

The mattress was very comfortable, and the room was nice. The shower was amazing. The only complaint was the toilet would not stop running after flushing. I had to take the lid off and push the rubber seal down with my finger - tapping the handle did not solve the issue. - Room 204

It was easy to find. Plenty of parking. Gated parking too. The restaurant across the street sounded fun. There was a bit of traffic noise, but not too bad.

Staff seemed nice overall. The lady in the Breakfast Kitchen area (Linda?) was very sweet and helpful. Room was nice and clean. The property isn’t really next to anything except a Denny’s. If you want to get to downtown Globe, you probably should have a car, unless walking a distance is normal for you.

I had a clean comfortable. Room. However upon checking in. I was told there would be a made to order breakfast. The breakfast was premade but you could order what you wanted. So the eggs were fake and tasted terrible. The sausage was a premade patty and had too much sidium in it. The english muffin was cold and dried up

Woke up the next morning and was covered in bed bug bites. Found four bed bugs on the mattress. Staff said to complain to Expedia or hotels.com since it was a third party reservation. I expect full refund from this stay

Staff is very friendly and helpful. I drove here in an electric car and the city of Globe does not have any super charging station, but they went out of their way to come up with a solution to charge my vehicle. I brought my cord from home and plugged into a 110 outlet outside of one of the buildings.

Enjoyed my stay here. It’s close to a hiking trail plus it’s close to a few restaurants and a bar all within walking distance! The room was clean it has a nice fridge and microwave. The bed was comfortable too. I’ll definitely stay there again when have a return visit to Globe.

Extremely friendly and helpful staff! Great breakfast service and Linda is a breath of fresh air every morning. Pool and hot tub were not heated but they were clean and beautiful. Property is gorgeous!

The shower did not function. When I commented at check out the Cleary remarked, “they didn’t explain the trick to making the shower work at check in.” Perhaps a printed reminder in every bathroom would eliminate the possibility of human error.

The room was clean and the bed comfortable. The bathroom and shower were very tight, but I like that the bathroom was separate from the sink. The hotel is well situated to get to any place in Globe in a matter of minutes. it is also conveniently located next to Denny's. The breakfast at the hotel was typical of a budget hotel, but the staff was very friendly and helpful. Given the dearth of national hotel chains in Globe, this was a very good place to stay.

We had an unforseen incident driving to the hotel and wasn't able to make the reservation. The hotel advised me that if Orbitz contacted them on my behalf to ask for a refund because of the incident, the hotel denied the opportunity to show empathy to a valued customer. Great customer service shows that if you are able to put yourself in a place of position to help a valued customer that they will always be a valued customer. That opportunity was squandered in order for the hotel to be greedy and make money off of our stay, along with I'm sure, renting out the room to another person during this busy spring break season. Sometimes things happen in life that are completely unforeseeable and in that, kindness and understanding
should always be the mission statement of any business.

Very friendly staff, the breakfast was better than usual and the lady that works the buffet is so nice and pleasant and seems to really like her job. The coffee in our room was also very good.
One of the things we noticed in this hotel and many others without carpet, they need to have non skid carpet rugs that are washable, it is more pleasant to have a rug.

I hope management ups their maintenance game soon. My stay would have been perfect had there been a functioning elevator and a working ice machine, Both expected in a reasonable motel.
