Century, located by the freeway far from restaurants about 5 to 10 minutes. Many great restaurants there however, easy freeway access it was a very nice day great people great front desk great people

Overall deserved 4 stars, but...spilled coffee in my room on last day. Has to mop it up as it was in the entry way. Notified a staff member as I was leaving. Got dinged $50 for towels they couldn't clean. Called them and they basically said yep. I should have taken them with me...at least I could have used them!

I was put off by the desk manager who charged $10 to park our vehicle. What a scam! After signing up for the hotel, I had a bounce back notice saying their fitness room was not available so I already felt the room rate was not worth what was charged and then he wanted $10 more just to park. Not a good location and difficult to get to.

There was no water pressure in the shower, the tv signal went out during our stay, and there were homeless people using drugs while walking to our car in the parking lot. Despite the room being vacant, we were also charged a 1/2 day for checking in early.

Honestly this the worst hotel ever stayed at as bad as a motel 6 not only did we get book the wrong room but ended up finding dry blood all over the pillows of one our bed and the staff did not care what so ever refund us our refund the most they can do was give us free parking lmao what a joke of a hotel last time ill stay at a holiday inn

Very nice clean hotel. We arrived an hour and a half early for check in and the receptionist was very nice and let us check in early.

The rooms were so clean and tidy. They had no bad smells. Everything was in perfect condition. The beds were nice and soft and the staff was friendly. This is the cleanest hotel I’ve ever seen in Sacramento so far the only thing I didn’t like about it if you had to drive a ways to find something good to eat.

Property is newly remodled which was nice. Updated rooms. Breakfast was ehh..ok. not happy with paying $10 per day for parking while I am a guest. Area is right off freeway. Not a good part of town. No food or bar in walking distance. Hotel itself was clean if you just want a place to sleep for the night.

Super clean rooms and grounds. Excellent breakfast buffet with many options. $13 uber ride to the arden mall area. Only didappointing thing was the pool was closed for repair. Otherwise everything wad great. Atm on site as well!

They surprise you with a fee to park when you check-in. That seems really dishonest. The hotel seems fine but it's not in a great location. It's next to a freeway.

Got a email saying the fitness room was closed during our stay. Come to find out it was open but the pool was closed. Since we were traveling with 4 kids and was expecting too use the pool very often i would of changed my reservation too a different hotel. But other then that nice clean and quiet place.

They were in the process of upgrading/remodeling, but the inconvenience, dust, etc. was hardly noticeable. Staff was very friendly...eager to assist. Breakfast was great and varied from day to day.

Simply ok. We were close to an exit door that rattled the walls and thunked so loudly every time it closed that it woke us up. Crummy breakfast. Good beds, newly renovated but overall just ok.

My family left one night earlier than check out due to the dust and noise from construction. Not a restful place to stay.

They are having renovations. Hence the noise. But overall. The property will look great once it is all done.
Suggestion:
1. Please have options for non-dairy milk for breakfast such as oatmilk or almond milk.
2. Please have a water dispenser.
3. Just wondering why we have to pay for our parking?
Other than that, staff is really amazing and attentive.

What did I like about the property was customer service was great.

We didn’t figure out how to use the heater until this morning so we were pretty cold all night but too tired to care. Totally our fault but make sure to switch the unit from AC to heat by the window. Clean room. Staff very friendly. Would stay again :)

Complete hotel remodel is almost complete. Management and Staff is very nice, helpful, and professional.

The staff was friendly. Hotel was under construction. And there was plastic all over the floor and no place to sit for some elderly in the breakfast area. Beds were very hard but room had a nice space in it. Was no ironing board in the room but had a hair dryer.

Everything was great, to be as expected. Our room wasn’t ready at check in, that was rough waiting with 4 kids. The housekeeping is only for extended stay and that if you request it. Also, difficult with four kids and two adult. Other than, not complaints. Initially clean, great free breakfast, and comfortable. I don’t know if it’s quite worth the cost anymore, this is our second time staying at this hotel and it’s becoming pricey for the experience.
