We were warmly welcomed and shown to our room.
The area is has a lot of walkable restaurants, so after a long day in the car, that’s what we did. Very comfortable beds. The bathroom is tiny, but it is an old inn…
Breakfast was cooked to order and delicious.
We will plan a stop here when we travel that way again.

This is a lovely inn, perfectly located in the historic district near some great restaurants. I was at a convention where there were many big hotels within walking distance of the meeting, but only 3 miles away was this little gem. We had a perfect win room with comfortable beds and a real sense of history. Hot breakfast was included and was delicious. The Susans made our late arrival easy, and were so responsive to my questions about parking.

As should be expected of a historic building, the bathroom fittings were not exactly those of a five star hotel, but this was more than compensated for by the hotel’s history, charm and location. Almost all the attractions and restaurants in the historic area were a few minutes walk away, and the location was quiet with easy parking. Recommended.

Kenmore Inn is our favorite Fredericksburg accommodation. It could use a little maintenance, such as some touch up needed for trim paint and leaky faucet.

The Inn was beautiful, had all the modern amenities needed, came with a full menu breakfast served by a friendly and personable staff. Our room was large and the bathroom was adequate. We were two blocks from the old down town area in a beautiful and historic neighborhood.
We loved it and will go back again if we are ever in that area again (which we intend to be).

The inn is in the middle of old Fredericksburg. Most things are within walking distance. The porch is inviting for a drink and a cigar before retiring for the night

My wife and I really enjoyed our one night stay at Kenmore Inn. The room was clean and quiet, and breakfast was great. The property itself has charm due to being a historic building. The staff was really nice and courteous.

great place but a few things would have made our stay much more comfortable: one additional chair in the bedroom, a larger or different shape shower, a vanity or shelf over sink to set toiletries on, cable tv, and more outlets for phones, watch, hearing aids, CPAP machine etc.

This is a beautiful location in historic Fredericksburg, VA, 50 miles down I-95 from DC. The facility is.spotless and.well managed. I would recommend it without reservation.

Charming historic property with beautiful antiques, books, paintings and a comfortable sitting area. The free breakfast was excellent, with omelets cooked to order, great coffee, and a nice fruit dish, with a friendly and helpful server. While obviously older, our room was comfortable and well appointed. The Kuerig in the hall, with coffee and hot chocolate, was a nice touch. It was a lovely stay, and we would be happy to return.

The Kenmore Inn might rustic with some features that can use upgrade, however, the service was top notch. Susan Sherman, the general manager, is a class act! She went above and beyond - providing excellent service.

Inn was very close to Mary Washington house, Kemore Plantation, an her grave. Walkable to other parts of town also. Excellent breakfast. Room was comfortable. Very nice overnight stay.

This was a beautiful bed and breakfast. Room was clean and decorated beautifully. Staff was available for questions. Walkable to restaurants and food. Fredericksburg is lovey to visit.

Excellent accommodations. Superb in town location. Everything you wanted was within a short stroll.
Clean top to bottom. Comfortable beds, pleasant staff and a great breakfast.
The room was on the small size but the common area was very nice.
The only downside was that the lighting was very dim.

Returned to Fredericksburg for a 1 night stay. Susan, the GM, was fabulous, from the instructions to check in after hours to the service provided during the stay. Even though I grew up here, I would definitely return to the Kenmore Inn!

As befire, this place is very homey snd comfortable. Bed was so comfy, with great mattress!! We have come before and always sleep well and get a great breakfast!
