Almost everything was wonderful. The only complaint I have was the Freezing cold water in the pool. We very much enjoyed our stay.

They are in the process of updating the building but we would stay there again. The breakfast was much to talk about but did the job.

Everything was clean, tidy, and as expected...no surprises. Took a while to get the room cooler, then woke up cold... Comfortable and budget friendly!

The AC wouldn't cool nor would it stay on. The bed was hard as a rock. The pillows sounds like carboard whenever you'd move you head.
There's not enough parking in the small lot for the amount of rooms. The adjacent Burger King has signs that they'll tow your car if you park there.

The hotel was very nice and within walking distance to several restaurants. The only reason it doesn't get 5 stars is the parking. If you are pulling a trailer/boat, this isn't the place for you. There is no parking available that accommodates a trailer and the Burger King that is right next door has signs posted everywhere that say no overnight parking. They do not want hotel guests parking in their lot. That's a problem since there are not enough parking spots for everyone's cars if the hotel is full. The clerk told us there about a truck stop across the street that would accommodate us, however, that was a four-lane highway and it was not directly across the street. Just not a great option.

The room was clean. The pillows are very thick for the people that like that. Our room temperature started off ok and became freezing as the night went. Tried to figure out thermostat. Wanted to talk to morning desk person but he told me to wait a minute as he finished whatever he was doing on computer. Breakfast was subpar compared to other Hotel.com hotels., unless you like food in plastic and microwave it.

Very clean room. The only update would be the shower. Can use an exhaust fan. Otherwise, very nice and clean. Would stay again ☺️

The Breakfast was somewhat disappointing. I waited 12 minutes to check out and no one was at the counter during that time. Other people were waiting also. Not very professional!

The phone in the room didn’t work the tv remote barley worked the tv the hot tub wasn’t hot it was more like Luke warm the tub in the room got hotter then the hot tub.. the vending machines were cash only and if u wanted a drink from the front desk u had to wait till someone could unlock the little icebox.. the front receptionist was not very friendly. When we called to let them know it would be a little later for arrival it took us 30 mins to even get through as the phone stayed busy and when we finally got through they just said fine and hung up… very rude

Do not book this hotel. They will cancel your room with very short notice. I booked this hotel in July of 2023 to accommodate us for our Family weekend at the college on September 23, 2023. On September 22nd i received a call that my reservation had to be cancelled because of water damage. Drove by the hotel and there was not an empty spot in the packing lot. Plenty of other guest staying there. I had to stay 45 mins from the college campus because all other hotels were booked. I will never book with them again.

The room is always nice, and the hotel is very clean. The same girl has checked me in twice, and she isn't friendly at all! The hot tub needed to be cleaned. Other than that, the hotel is nice.

They need more parking options for the hotel however the room was nice. Loved having room service everyday. Coming back to a nice clean room was awesome. Pool was warm and clean.

My 9nly complaint was the lack of parking. I had to park at the Burger King next door. Otherwise it was clean and well kept. There was a nice variety for breakfast as well.

The room spelled like cigarette and it was a non smoking room, let them know, but nothing was done about it

We have stayed at this property several times in the past, it has always been satisfactory. Back in May we showed up to check in and were told that the rooms had been damaged and they didn't have a room for us. Expedia took care of the issue. Fast forward to August. First morning of a two night stay, woke up with a couple of mosquito bites, second morning woke up and my wife kills a bed bug on her shoulder. Bottom line is take your chances..we won't be staying there again.

The staff was very helpful we returned from an event and it was late night there was no place to park so your staff member gladly surrender her parking spot. I didn't get her name but I would like to give a shout out to this employee in the Nacocdoches, Texas hotel. MERVIN &BARBARA WILLIAMS

This was a one night stay so it served it purpose. It's out dated and had a funny smell. There was a cricket living it best life in our tub. If my stay required more than one night this hotal definitely wouldn't have been the hotel I would have wanted to stay at. The upstairs guest were a little noisy and the early morning door slamming was definitely a huge thumbs down. Once again it served its purpose for our one night stay.

I thought the hotel room was good for the money and the staff were friendly. However, the continental breakfast was lacking. I am not a picky or snobby eater, but I didn't eat the breakfast.

Very clean. Friendly and helpful staff. Pleasant/quiet stay. Plenty of room for our family of 7 and our dog. Only thing we would've liked to see is maybe a little better protein options to go with the awesome waffles instead of the microwavable burritos/sandwiches. Needed a little better clean up after pets in the grassy areas. Kids enjoyed the pool, and it was overall a great stay.

reserved through hotels.com a month in advance. have reservations that states pay at property. got a call3/4 of the way there. they gave one of the rooms to someone else. had 3 adults and 2 children 9 and 12. we had no where else to stay, everything was booked. had to go to the next town. Be careful when booking at a super 8. this ruined our trip to see my grandson graduate kindergarten.
