Great location, A bit too loud on the freeway side. Bed was comfortable. Room is too small for 4 adults (2 late teens). Amazing breakfast! Overall we would stay there again.

The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Room was spacious, comfortable and extremely clean. Breakfast was great and well stocked. The location is ideal for wineries, shopping and east freeway access. Fantastic!

We, sadly, needed a hotel due to a family member being admitted to the hospital. The staff, especially Missy and Anthony, were exceptional and very caring given our circumstances. They accommodated a late check in and helped out the next day as we were figuring out our next steps. Thankful for the exceptional customer service.

I did not understand why a hotel has a coffee machine in the rooms but doesn't give water to make it. I was told to use tap but he doesn't suggest it.

Hotel was very nice, very clean, area is super cool.. Some traffic noise is your room faces freeway, but not horrible.. would definitely stay again..

Beautiful property, but the outside traffic is extremely noisy. It does not make for a good night’s sleep. I highly suggest asking for a room that is on the side opposite of the freeway.

I stayed at Springhill Suites - Marriott in Temecula form 12/26/23 to 12/28/23 and I must admit that the quality of the room was horrid. I walked into dirty carpets, a weird odor, a light would flicker every 10~ minutes, the bathroom door wouldn’t close, the ac was stuck on blowing 60 degrees, the shower head had a large amount of buildup, and there was a large mysterious stain on the bed sheets.

The room was noisy with the heater making lots of noise and it faces the highway and the window did not filter noise so could not sleep all night.

Staff was amazing and the amenities were amazing as well, the air conditioning system in my room didn't work well and the draining system in the sink wasn't working well.

For what i though was a great hotel chain for the price for the few days i was intown visiting murrieta,ca So lets start off with room a.c unit when not cool bathroom door was broke wouldn't close. Stayed 4 nights never got bed made or trash tooking out of rooms had to go three times ask for towel to take shower,

Great property, great for wine tasting. However, the neighborhood does not feel safe. Due to California no longer prosecuting non-violent crimes under $950, the CVS next door was locked-down heavily. My wife and I stopped by to get some supplies and snacks, but no shopping carts or baskets are provided, and most of the higher value items are locked up, requiring a store clerk to open it for you. When I asked, they disclosed that apparently theft is a really major problem in that neighborhood, and practically unenforceable due to the new California law. Not Springhill Suites' fault at all, but unfortunately this neighborhood is not that safe due to rampant theft. Lock up your cars and do not leave anything valuable inside.

Had a great experience, facilities were clean, service was great. The only negative factors that I observed (although not deal breakers), the freeway noise was very loud in a room facing the freeway, and the free breakfast offered was okay but the eggs were liquidy and not good, and not many other warm options were offered. Overall was great, and would stay there again.

Size of the rooms was great for a family of 6. Nice to have toilet separate from shower/bath. Refrigerator and microwave came in handy. Breakfast was included and included options for everyone. Staff was kind and helpful. The only drawback is the sound of the freeway but only when sitting outside at the pool.
