There is a spot in the bathroom that needs fixed on the ceiling and the exhaust fan needs cleaned. I’m short so the bed was extremely high. I asked for a room close to the elevator but we were way down the hall. But we will definitely stay again.

Front desk staff was great but that’s about it. Room wasn’t clean. Shampoo/soap dispensers on the wall were empty. They should pay a little more attention to all their guests and make sure the advertised amenities are available not just the ones that need a ridiculous charging station in North Dakota. I would imagine they skimp on things to afford an EV charger. Won’t stay again.

No one at the desk! They came from a neighboring hotel to help.They were unaware of the ev charging unit. That is the reason we booked there. Our unit was clean enough but the public women’s restroom was horrible.Also no breakfast! Orange juice and coffee, not even instant oatmeal!

This is a nice, clean small property. I have nothing bad to say about our stay. Would recommend.

Property is and could be really nice but staffing needs addressed. Room was not very clean. Attention to detail is not the focus here. It was also disclosed to me that they borrow the night guy from the neighboring hotel for the night shift. Nobody was present in the lobby unless phoned from front desk. I stayed in 101 and it needs a deep clean. Soap scum in tub and counter tops had pieces of someone’s dinner behind bathroom sink. Cushion chair in room was stained and cushion had not been removed to clean chips pet hair and other debris. Wished I’d taken photos. Property is nice and has lots of potential but needs staff that care. Shout out to Josh, he was very professional!

First impression was a dark parking lot with limited parking. Side indoor stairs were dirty. Lobby stank of chlorine from the pool area. Front desk worker was EXCELLENT. He was very polite. We were given a room that had been reported to staff was clean but it wasn't. My daughter opened the door and there was a black object on the unmade bed and it stunk of cigarette smoke. I went to the desk, he was very apologetic and I was quickly given another room. The second room had a liquor bottle in the drawer that my 8 yr old son immediately found; he always looks through the drawers. One of the pillows had a blood stain on the pillow as well as the first pillowcase. The outer case was clean. I brought the pillow to the desk. Again he was very apologetic. I asked for a refund. He completely understood and issued it. I haven't seen the pending charge drop off My account yet; the stay was for Sunday night and today is Tuesday morning. There was NOTHING wrong with the front desk worker. He was always polite and professional. I will not be staying there again.

The hotel staff was awesome. Pool and hot tub were awesome but the room it's self looked like it hadn't been cleaned.No coffee cups,creamer or sugar for coffee. Had to go down stairs for that. They do not serve breakfast or any kind.

We found this to be a very nice hotel for the price. We will definitely return next time we are in town.
