Hotel was great and the staff was really nice! The only negative was that someone tried to break into our vehicle. Our passenger window was cracked where they tried popping the lock. We reported it to staff and requested video surveillance for police report. They said it happens all the time there and they have had a lot of vehicles stolen. We asked multiple times about surveillance and they kept saying the manager would get it to us. We never received it though.

It was great, staff and as friendly. Only thing is that the manager makes you pay for parking per night, we already pay to stay there and on top, they want $10 per night parking.

This hotel is worth the stay. Great location, so clean, new and the staff could not have been nicer. Cil was at the front desk and our plans changed and she was so kind to help us. The breakfast was amazing. Also we have an RV and the staff was so helpful to help us park. We will stay again!!!

The Residence Inn was great and had an excellent breakfast. The suite is spacious and comfortable. The only change I would recommend would be to have linens for the sofa bed inside the room; however, the hotel staff was very accommodating in providing them at the front desk.

I always stay here when family time in san antonio. Our room had some issues, wall contacts not working, no sheets and pillows for the sofa bed, no enough food on the buffet,. Hopefully just a one time experience.

Very comfortable stay here and family environment for breakfast was nice. Staff was very attentive and friendly throughout the whole hotel. The courtyard with pool and games was a nice touch in the first floor.

Great for families and fur babies. Very friendly staff, nice courtyard, big outdoor firepit, nice pool, fun lawn games, and generous breakfast buffet. It is right on the Leon Creek Greenway with miles and miles of walkable and bike able trails.

During a difficult time following a family bereavement, we found solace in a hotel that offered not just comfort, but genuine care and support. The staff's empathy and attentiveness were remarkable, making us feel truly looked after. Our room was perfectly sized for three, blending comfort with a cozy atmosphere. My son had a wonderful time despite the circumstances. This hotel went beyond providing a place to stay, offering moments of joy and a much-needed respite. We are deeply grateful for the warmth and kindness we experienced and look forward to returning to this exceptional place that feels like more than just a hotel—it feels like a haven.

Property is clean and new from outside and Lobby area nicely decorated. Room was clean, bedding and towels white but didn’t smell clean (specially the pillows) had to put my jacket on top to sleep on. Room service knocked on our door at 9:30 am and woke us not too happy about the interruption of my sleep. At check in lady was not friendly or informative about breakfast or WiFi. And no coffee offered after 9 am not courtesy water bottles

Room size was great included a kitchen area and sofa. I stayed for location. We were out pretty much all day only checked in to shower and sleep so it was a shock on my second day when I found roaches on the kitchen counter and table. I easily killed 5-6 ranging from sizes. I did notify front desk but no manager was on site till the next morning which was my check out day. Never stayed in this particular hotel maybe it was just a bad room.

What I enjoyed the most is the environment and how close the shops were. The staff at the front desk were always very welcoming and housekeeping were always smiling and polite.

Staff was very nice, however the room was not very clean. Dishes and utensils were put away dirty, the couch cushion smelled like urine and had a stain and I had to call to have it replaced. There was a needle on the floor in the carpet, hair in shower and bathroom, slow drain in shower. The beds are not very comfortable and the AC sounded like it had water hitting the fan.
