Our stay was short but the room was exactly what we needed. Could’ve used a few more pillows on the bed but other than that ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The shower had lots of mold. The bed sort of felt like a cardboard box and it squeaked when you moved, like one.

Great place to rest our heads on our way home. Breakfast was great. Definitely filled us. All start were wonderful to interact with. Beds were comfortable and plenty of space.

It was a decent stay. Good breakfast and good employee presence. Our room had all you would expect and it was of good quality. I did notice that the faucet needed to be cleaned as the water had black flaking in it. Also, be advised that the office and office printer are not connected to the Hotel Wifi and requires you to hook up your own device to the Ethernet cabling. So it might be hard to get documents printed. They do have envelopes and any kind of packaging materials you'll need to mail items.

There were red stains on the bottom sheet of one of the two beds so we were unable to use that bed. And there was a large white stain on the carpet right beside that bed.
The employees at the check in counter were wonderful and had great customer service skills. The location was very convenient.

Police were at the hotel or the one across the way every day which concerned me since I was traveling with my daughter and niece. The hotel staff was great but our room look like a crime scene. There was a huge stain on the carpet and the paint was poorly touched up in areas....bathroom wasn't the cleanest. But overall it was a nice hotel for our 4 night stay. We are going to the same area in a few months and have the same hotel booked. Hopefully we get a better room!

Ice machine not working during two different stays, two weeks apart. Mentioned to the cleaning staff.

Front desk did a very good job but the key system was down so he had to manually let us in the room. One of us had to stay in the room while the other got our belongings. Room was clean and comfortable. We would stay here again

The staff were very welcoming and friendly. The hotel is in a very convenient area which is also a plus. The breakfast was great especially the waffle maker and the strawberry kiwi infused water....really enjoyed that.
The only negative is not having a shower liner in the bathroom. The curtain gets wet easily and water splatters on the side. Be nice to invest in a liner so the water hits the liner and stays in the tub

Check in fabulous! No towels at the pool, but pool area clean. No shampoo or conditioner in shower…. I was grateful I had brought some.

Only issue we had was our shower faucet locked up & took awhile before we could stop the water from running! I reported it at checkout, overall a good stay with extremely nice staff!, definitely will stay here again when we come to Atlanta !

We stayed two times. One on the way to New Orleans which was amazing, service was great, everyone so friendly and the breakfast was a plus. Stayed again on our way back to Virginia on Friday night- Sat morning. The room nothing was stocked, the shower head looked gross. The breakfast was ok they seemed to be running behind.

We had a great stay! Ample parking, clean and well maintained. Daniel at the front desk was very nice and welcoming! He made check in very smooth. Room was clean and spacious. Breakfast buffet from 6 am until 10 am, was great as well. Honestly we have no complaints and will stay here again. Highly recommend this hotel.

Staff members from check-in to breakfast service, housekeeping were all friendly, professional, and accommodating. This was a very well-run Hampton. Staff member who handled our checkout should be running the hotel. The person who sees its customers first creates the atmosphere, and he did a great job!
