Clean motel on the north side of Clear Lake. During the day a bit load from traffic, but bt 10:pm all is quiet until morning.

Old motel. Kind of run down. The laundry “facilities” are 1 old washing machine and dryer that the hotel also uses to wash hotel laundry.

It was out dated. The bathroom was small couldn't turn around in shower and wash . I could go on and on but I won't.
I would not recommend this place to anyone and I won't be back.

Room had been fixed up nice. Lots of hot water. Bed was comfortable. Very clean. Staff were pleasant. A lot of people talking and playing music until early morning though. Towels were very thin and scratchy.

Adorable little Motel next to the Highway and even though silent and peaceful with a rear view to the gorgious Clearlake and a tiny little food store in foot distance!

Very clean and well taken care of. The owners were so very nice and helpful. These units are small but again clean and neat. I would like to mention that the price is right as well.

Pleasant stay. Nice and big TV with cable set up, mini fridge, and quick and easy check-in. Great AC.
Only hiccup was first being assigned a room that wasn't clean. We were promptly reassigned to a different room that was clean. Thanks!

The air con. is pretty noisy, but working. The towel is light gray in color.

It was winter and most restaurants were closed. The facility was remodeled and very nice. Easy access yet quiet. Heater/ AC was a bit noisy. But it kept me warm & comfortable. TV system was very good. Lakeside park across the street was exceptional. Very good overall.

For the most part everything was fine. However, the coffee maker was too dirty to use, the floor was quite dirty (it left me feet black) and they didn't really do any housekeeping, aside from making the bed.

Clean rooms with probably the largest TV I have had in a hotel room and we travel a lot so that is a plus. The area is right next to a park that overlooks the lake and provided the perfect area to see the sun set.

Clean simple little hotel that has all the Things one needs. Close to a few tasty restaurants and a market. Beautiful lake view across the street.

I have no complaints whatsoever regarding this property. The staff was friendly, wonderful and responsive. The rooms was tidy and clean. The location was convenient. Their rates are reasonable. I want to make a point that they offer weekly rates which is a plus for me. I will stay there again the next time I am in the area.

I asked for another set of towels. Never received it. The soap provided was a tiny little piece of soap. They turn off the tv in the morning the day we were leaving. I wanted to see the news and weather because I was coming back to LA. Was not able to get the tv stations. In general, the area is Ok for the price which is accesible. I was more satisfied than unsatisfied.

This is the worst hotel I've ever stayed at I only stayed for a couple hours because of the black mold inside the room cost me breathing problems. When I checked out 2 hours later the only thing the owner cared about was not my health. He was more worried about getting his money. I will never recommend this hotel to anybody because of the amount of black mold inside of the walls.

there was no hot water for showers in the room. had to walk across the parking lot to shower. hopefully its fixed for the next guest. i book for 2 nights but only stayed for 1 night. the proprietor said i had to contact hotels.com for a refund fir the second night. getting in touch with someone at hotels.com is a joke. wouldve been nice to talk to a real person insted of a machine which hangs yp on yiu if you are not quick enough with your responces. this is 2 for 1 review

Property and room was clean, check in friendly. Comfortable room and quiet. One night stay and the price was good. Would stay again.
