The check in was easy.
My stay i had nates in my room they didnt have air on before checking in room was sticky shower pressure was weak with luke warm water i was disappointed for what i expected

The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. My room is clean, comfortable bed, and great shower. A perfect no-frills stay. It is right next to everything!

The stay was good, but the room appeared not to have been cleaned. There was used soap and shampoo in the tub. My wife thought the sheets were not exchanged.

Hotel was newly renovated but not very clean. Water pressure was a joke. Not bad but should have paid an extra $20 to stay at holiday inn.

I requested a roof on the first floor. They said there was unavailable. They were all booked. They gave me a room on the third floor. We went up to the room to find the bed unmade and towels all over the floor. We had three bags to carry. Went back down to the receptionist to solve the problem. Magically they had a room on the first floor. Then the elevator went out. Everyone had to carry their stuff up the stairs. The receptionist were not very pleasant.

We normally stay at Laquinta when we stay at Hotels, This Laquinta is in need of a good cleaning. Walked into our room , someone’s medication pills laying on floor by door, sink did not drain good nor did tub. Elevator was out of service most of time. Stayed on third floor. Another couple their his wife got stuck in elevator for 20 mins . Breakfast was ok if you like very watery eggs and sausage. Beds not comfortable at all. Towels had what looked like mascara on them. Will not stay at this Laquinta again.

The entire building smelled of weed and an overuse of air freshener. The luggage cart was obnoxiously loud. The place needs updated and cleaned better. The evening front desk woman was very unfriendly, but the morning staff was lovely. I would not stay here again.

We could not have asked for better customer service. She made sure to accommodate us on every level to the best possible scenario.

It was a good stay. We had our two pups and it went well. Check in was smooth. My only complaint was the room smelled of some sort of spray maybe deodorizing ?! It was really overwhelming. The breakfast isn’t much but enough to get the day going.

The check in and check out was wonderful. The room however was dirty, stains on the bedspread, dirty walls, shower wasnt clean and had dirty towels hanging on the shower rod. The breakfast was not good either. We will not be returning!

The hotel itself wasn’t the cleanest. However, what made it 100 times better was the fact that my husband left his iPad on the desk in our room and we didn’t realize it until we had gotten to our next destination over 8 hrs away. The front staff went out of their way to mail it to our home so when we got here, it was waiting for him.

The walls of the hotel don't keep the noise from the other room. The neighbor room guest snored all night and was able to hear him/her. The chair was not working good and was never replaced when I asked. Other than that nice hotel and good breakfast

The outside of the hotel appears to be nice. However the inside is just an older hotel in great need of remodeling. Our room wasn't ready so we were assigned a new one. The bathroom only had one towel so I had to find a maid to bring more towels. The room was sparsely decorated and had rusty rails in the bathroom. The toilet was wobbly on the floor. Water pressure was barely sufficient. At breakfast, the scrambled eggs were sitting in water. The bed was comfortable and I slept well. I guess that's the main point though.

They could benefit from a quite hour. While the building is smoke free, having a smoking area right at each entrance kinda defeats the purpose. However, rooms were pretty good over all, very good location, and overall we were happy with our stay.

The only downside is the location off the highway - while convenient, the location is difficult to navigate access to the hotel that close to ramps. It would be helpful to have a stop light near to navigate across the busy highway.

I have stayed here a number of times and always have had good experiences. Front staff was friendly and very efficient. Its clean, beds are comfortable , breakfast is good and its pet friendly. I will be staying here again

Asked for a non-feather pillow and was given a brand-new pillow and pillowcase. Walls were a bit thin, and there were some candies in one of the drawers (left by a previous guest). Breakfast was fine.

Good place for an overnight stay. Would stay again if needed to. Dog friendly which is always a plus when traveling with a pet.

The desk clerk was exceptionally friendly and helpful. The area around the hotel was well-groomed and attractive. It was also well lighted. The room was clean and the covers were even turned down in welcome. Lovely place!

There was blood on the bed sheet & comforter. Bathroom floor was dirty & disgusting. Shower head was terrible.
