We had a wonderful stay at Riad Lapiz Lazuli. It had charm and character, but most of all, Abdou and Matthieu made us feel very welcome. They were helpful, extremely accommodating, and friendly and gave us loads of tips and advice for getting around and sorted the transfer, meals, and trip out for us. The plunge pool and roof terrace were very much enjoyed, and the breakfast was delicious. The room was basic but enough, with the bathroom a little tired and run-down but I believe they were renovating just after we left.
The Riad is about 20 mins away from the main square, but that made it quieter. The street is is on itself is very quiet, but be aware of the chaos on the streets just 5 mins away.- lots of people, sellers, and vehicles. We liked the hustle and bustle but I guess it's not for everyone.
All in all, it was a terrific stay, absoultely fine for a family. Would recommend
